"The hotel is ideally located with a train station 10 minutes walk away. The staff are so helpful and very friendly. The breakfast is wonderful very fresh and everything you could want. The room was so clean and well maintained as is the whole building. Would definitely stay there again. "

"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"

"Try not to have a room on the front of the hotel its very noisy at night ,if you are using the spa bring a robe and flip flops and if you go in late morning beware it shuts at 12.30 ,staff very helpfull and a excellant breakfast"
