"I truly felt very comfortable at the Clarion Htel, not only because of its spacious facilities but also because of its excellent customer service. They offer an outstanding breakfast, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and the hotel’s location is perfect for sightseeing and getting around the city with ease. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again."

"The room was incredible. Clean and with a waterfall shower. It feels straight out of an Ikea catalogue. The location is amazing with all of the tour hotspots nearby and there’s plenty to explore without even leaving the hotel. The hotel is multi-faceted and serves all needs for any guests. The staff are helpful and are very accommodating. To note, the AC was not functioning when we were staying there, but the hotel did provide us with a fan which was helpful!"

"I had a late checkin and when I arrived into my room I discovered the previous occupants underwear in the room, along with a stained towel. It was late and the hotel was full so I had to wait till the next day to be moved to another room. I informed in advance my intent to check out a day earlier and get refunded, this was not accommodated"

"We stayed at Rival 3 nights. We traveled for 2 weeks throughout Europe in May June 2026 and this as the best hotel. A great experience. The staff was so helpful and spent time with us to help us have a great Stockholm experience. The room was spacious and well designed. Everything was new. They had different types of pillows to make sure you had a great sleep. Very quiet hotel. Breakfast was perfect. Order what you want or the buffet. Baked fresh. On the last night we had to leave at 4am and we would miss breakfast, BUT they created a special take away bag of breakfast items just for us. Perfect stay. Easy access to walks and the city."
