"The hotel was the nicest we’d been to in our weeks in India. Several areas stood out in our minds. Wonderfully kind and helpful staff, opening doors, organizing rides, making change. Rooms were lovely, great shower pressure and temp. Nice wall mount blow dryer, comfy bed, air conditioning. Amazing cafe, really fresh and yummy food. I enjoyed the fresh Greek salad, hummus and pita, wedge fries, brownie Sunday. Complimentary breakfast was really nice too. Sid, the owner is always there, looking after every detail. Definitely give this place a shot! About 20 min drive from Ghats, and Buddhist temple. Two Canadians (40s)"

"We booked this hotel for one night — not intending to spend the night — because after checking out of our other hotel close to the ghats, we needed a place near the train station to relax before our nighttime departure. This hotel was a great choice because it was just across the street from the train station. Besides that convenience, it was a very good hotel! It had a welcoming lobby, was well staffed, and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed an excellent lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. What’s more, my husband was able to work out in the gym — something he hadn’t been able to do in the recent hotels we stayed at. We were very appreciative of the general manager who was especially cordial, service-oriented, and helpful to us in several ways. If you are visiting Varanasi and want to sightsee, I suggest you find a hotel closer to the action on the river. However, if that’s not what you are there to do, this hotel is a good choice if it’s the part of the city you want. We recommend it! "

"Yes over all good but weak internet connection "

"The toilet was extremely low and small and not enough water to flush. Bathroom amenities very small quantity not even for a day’s use. Staff was friendly but the food menu does not have any healthy options such as vegetables that are fresh and available in the market. Most food items come with added sugar. Nit sure what is the fascination of everywhere in India adding unnecessary sugar. This facility is not ideal for foreigners."

"It's the first time that I've stayed at a 4 star hotel by choice in India. I generally just enjoy 5 star hospitality in India but didn't have much available in Varanasi and Ayodhya (will review that too). Arpita at the front desk is great! She's very professional and very pleasant and I saw her handling all kinds of queries and customers like a pro. Keshavnath (hope I got the name right) in the housekeeping was excellent. The room and bath were super clean. The room was quite spacious and I liked the separate seating and sleeping areas. Though I didn't eat at the hotel, the dining always called to ask about breakfast & dinner as that was included in my booking and I appreciated their due diligence. The so called travel desk was a joke though! Completely useless in answering basic info. Will certainly consider this place again for a stay if visiting India/Varanasi again. "

"Great staff- friendly, helpful in every way; room was clean, though small. Hotel is tucked away a little distance from the ghats, so be prepared for a bit of a ride to get there; but it is also away from the crowds and noise of the main part of the city, which is a plus"
