Leider falsche Zimmer und versuchte Abzocke

Wir hatten 2 Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht und wurden aufgrund eines nicht nachvollziehbaren Computerfehlers downgegradet auf ein kleines Einzelzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungsflur und einem Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer. Da nichts anderes vorhanden war und wir eine lange Fahrt hinter uns hatten, nahmen wir die Zimmer in unserer Not. Bei der Abreise wurde versucht erneut per Kreditkarte die Hotelkosten nochmals zu kassieren, selbst als wir den Kostenbeleg über die erfolgte Zahlung nochmal vorlegten und seitens des Hotels Kopien angefertigt wurden. Leider entsprach dieses Hotel nicht unseren Ereartungen eines Erholungsurlaubs, aufgrund des erfolgten downgradings und der versuchten Doppelbezahlung. Wir werden bei Hotels. com nach unserer Rückkehr nach Deutschland Regress beantragen!

Check the bill!

The rooms are outdated and not clean. Front desk does not know what the term friendly means. At check-out we were charged again, although we already paid upfront online. They also tried to charge us for dinner buffet that we didn't attend! Other guests had similar issues with their bill when checking out. Do not recommend!!

Gute Lage, aber mäßiger Service

Das Zimmer war ein ehemaliges Personalzimmer unter dem Dach, klein mit getrennten Betten. Das Frühstück war ohne frische Brötchen mit Brot aus Plastiktüten. Geleerte Buffetteile wurden nicht zeitnah ergänzt. Sauna musste extra bezahlt werden. Beim Abendessen gab es lange Wartezeiten, bis das Essen serviert wurde. Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

a Niveau Hotel whis a Fine Pool and Wellness Center. You have a wonderful view over Marienbad. A Place for children ist Fine.

Not disabled friendly and not too friendly overall

This is a reasonably nice place and when we first arrived we were quite impressed with the appearance and the location high up on the hill above the town but when we headed to the reception area we were greeted by the most unfriendly woman. A woman in her mid 40s (Frau Svetluse) spoke to me in German and told us we were much too early to check in and had to return at 2 pm. She also assured me we had a room that would work with my disability (I walk with crutches). She basically chased us off. When we returned we worked with a very nice young man who spoke some English and indeed told us that the room would not work for us since it had no shower and from what we could understand had an inaccessible tub. He found us another room which had a shower but very difficult for me to access and a toilet that no disabled person could ever use. But the worse things was when he told us there was no elevator to the pool or sauna and one had to walk up and down two large flights of stairs to access the major and really only amenity at the hotel. This resort is totally inaccessible to anyone who is disabled and is difficult if you only speak English as most of the staff do not speak English and only a few speak German. Until an elevator is added to the pool and spa I would avoid this place. They also need to have the staff learn a little more English or even German if they want to attract more than Czech and Russians which seemed to populate the resort.

Sauberes und günstiges Hotel.

Wir haben ein bezahlbares Hotel mit Schwimmbad und Parklatz gesucht. Der Parkplatz war bei unserer Ankuft voll und man konnte nicht vernünftig parken. Der Parkplatz ist auch ziemlich teuer. Das Hotel ist leider auf einem Berg und wenn man nicht mit dem Auto in die Stadt möchte, dann muss man immer den Berg runter und dann später wieder hoch laufen. Die Zimmer waren nicht schön, aber sauber. Internet hat gut funktioniert und Frühstück war auch gut. Leider waren fast nur Rentner im Hotel, aber das ist in Marienbad wahrscheinlich in fast jedem Hotel so.

Ruhig und wanderfreudig

An und für sich war alles in Ordnung. Wir bekamen ein falsches Zimmer, das aber ohne Diskusionen getauscht wurde. Leider hatten wir bei den Anwendungen Pech. Das Hotel war ausgebucht. Vielleicht könnte man diese auch im Voraus buchen? Beim Abendessen hatten wir auch Pech. Wir gingen zu spät. Am Buffet gab es nur noch "Reste" und nachgefüllt wurde nicht. Das essen an sich war ok, für meinen Geschmack nur etwas teuer. Beim frühstück war alles super. Für jeden was dabei. Im großen und ganzen war es gut. Bis auf die zwei Dinge. Da hatten wir eben Pech, das kann passieren.

Familienzimmer mit KiWa sehr schlecht erreichbar

Wir haben ein schönes Familienzimmer gebucht und bezogen. Es bestand aus Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Flur und Bad. Wirklich schön groß. Die Einrichtung ist eher Geschmackssache, mir zu altmodisch und zu dunkel, der Teppichboden zu wild gemustert und unhygienisch in einer Familienunterkunft. Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Das größte Problem ist jedoch die Tatsache, dass man das Familienzimmer ( und das gilt wohl für beide Verfügbaren) nur durch ein Labyrinth aus Treppen und Fluren erreichbar kann, was für eine Familie mit Baby und viel Gepäck sehr anstrengend und nervig ist. Der Pool ist sehr schön, dazugehörige Sonnenterasse ebenfalls. Das Essen fanden wir verkocht, ungewürzt und langweilig, Auswahl mittelmäßig. Die Tische mit der schönsten Aussicht waren grundsätzlich immer "reserviert", mit einem Kinderwagen waren wir dort eh die "Exoten". Zum Glück ist Marienbad sehr schön, das Beste am Hotel war der Pool. Außer des kostenlosen Babybettes und der kleinen Spielecke im Eingangsbereich bietet das Hotel nichts kindgerechtes. Der hohe Preis der Übernachtung im Familienzimmer ist wegen der schlechten Erreichbarkeit im Haus nicht gerechtfertigt.

Positiv: Freundlicher Service, große Zimmer, ruhige Hotel-Lage; Schwimmbad, Dampfbad & sehr gutes WLAN gratis, deutsches Fernsehen Negativ: Für 4 Sterne mäßiges Frühstück (löslicher Kaffee & Saft, billigste Servietten, ...), Zimmer(-türen) nicht besonders schallgedämmt, kurze Schwimmbadöffnungszeit (20 Uhr) Wer den kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz (150 Kronen / Nacht) sparen will kann gratis auf der Trysova parken. Fußweg von dort: 360 m (bequem) oder 270 m (bergan).

Niet alles is wat het lijkt

Van buiten een ogenschijnlijk leuk hotel, van binnen toch echt een oud-Oostblokhotel. Kamer was op zich in orde, ruim en schoon, het personeel vriendelijk. Wel harde bedden. Elders in dit hotel: grijze gangen, ouderwetse liften, grote onpersoonlijke eetzalen, grote onverlichte ruimten in het hotel. Jammer dat er geen behandelingen in de Balneo (sauna en wellness) meer beschikbaar waren op de 2 dagen dat wij er waren. Vooruit bijboeken als je niet teleurgesteld wilt worden, dus. Of: elders in het stadje boeken. Wij konden nog dezelfde dag terecht voor minder geld in het stadje zelf.

angenehmes Hotel

Gutes Hotel auf dem Berg, unweit des Kurbezirks ( Shuttle- Service ).Leider ist nur die Benutzung des Hallenbades ( nicht der Sauna )kostenfrei. Die Küche sollte auf böhmische Spezialitäten zurück- greifen.

Correct sans plus

L'accueil est froid. L'isolation phonique n'est pas bonne avec les chambres voisines ainsi qu'avec le couloir. Absence de climatisation dans la chambre que nous occupions. L'hôtel est bien situé si l'on souhaite faire des randonnées (sur la hauteur de la ville à proximité de la forêt) ou profiter d' installations telles que piscine, spa, soins ....Bon rapport qualité/ prix. Le restaurant est satisfaisant.
