Sehr angenehmes Hotel in ruhiger Lage.

Sehr freundliche und auskunftfreudige Rezeption in deutsch und tschechisch, sehr angenehme Terasse für Frühstück und ein Pilsner am Abend. Hervorragend waren auch die Massagen im SPA ( ein Lob an die Masseurin). Alles in Allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt in schöner Atmosphäre. Preis Leistungsverhältnis waren im Einklang.

We enjoyed our stay and the massage treatments. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The staff is insufficient and overworked. There is no one around after 7pm. The hotel restaurant refuses to take credit cards or allow you to charge your bill to your room.

Wir waren 4Tage in Marienbad, im Hotel Regent. Es war sehr schön. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Zentrums. Wir haben die Natur in der Umgebung sehr genossen. Die Parkanlagen sind sehr gut gepflegt. Das Servicepersonal des Restaurants könnte jedoch etwas feundlicher sein.

Das Hotel liegt im grünen aber doch zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war in einen guten Zustand. Leider gab es kein Wasserdruck und somit funktionierte die Dusche nur mit heißem Wasser und war somit unbrauchbar. Um 9 Uhr war das Frühstückbufett leergeräumt und wurde auch kaum noch aufgefüllt. Sonderwünsche wurden nur zögerlich angenommen und langwierig erfüllt. Insgesamt bleibt festzustellen das für den Übernachtungspreis von fast 90€ pro Übernachtung die erbrachten Leistungen absolut nicht ausreichen

Wir waren ein Wochenende im Hotel Villa Regent, für unsere Ansprüche war alles bestens: ein großes Zimmer mit ca. 4 Meter Deckenhöhe, ruhige Umgebung, Parkplatz vor der Tür, sehr bequeme Betten, und wir dürften unseren Hund mitnehmen. Gesundes Frühstück (Vegetarisch und Fettarm) gab es auf Anfrage.

Bäderatmosphäre für eine Nacht

Wir waren für eine Nacht in der Villa Regent und haben das schöne, geräumige Zimmer und die guten Betten sehr genossen. Service, Sauberkeit und Komfort waren tadellos. Das Hotel insgesamt strahlt Gründerzeit-Atmosphäre aus, im Gegensatz dazu ist das Restaurant sehr geschmackvoll im modernen Design gestaltet. Das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet, die Küche ist ambitioniert. Den Wellness-Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt.
