"We had a wonderful time at the Oasis hotel. Getting there can be a little rough with all the curves and narrow roads. Our check in was wonderful, the staff were very attentive and we received all the information we needed. Once in the room the AC worked well and the room had everything we needed. The pool is well maintained and we enjoy it very much. We didn’t get to dine at the restaurant on site but it looked very nice from the outside. The only 2 negatives during our stay was the fact that my husband saw a cockroach when he turned on the bathroom light in the middle of the night. The second was the upstairs guests were very loud and sounded like they were moving furniture all night, it made it hard to sleep."

"Overall everything was excellent. The thing we missed having stayed a few years back was the service at the bar. Now it's super low, because the staff that's at the bar are waiters fixing drinks for their tables. If you want just a drink or a beer you have to wait from 15 up to 30 minutes to order, everybody is ignoring you because obviously the priority are the tables they are waited."

"Mostly positive feedback here. Stayed on 5/2026. Positives: nice to have breakfast and snacks inclusive. Location is great, next to city proper, nice plaza and walking areas, wonderful bakery just next to hotel. Room air conditioning worked great and bathroom has good toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, shower cap, soaps, makeup remover wipes!!, etc.) Shower has Wall-Mounted Brackets for safety. Hotel is very clean. Parking lot closeby, safe and protected. Not-so positive: calling front desk was unsuccessful, we called about 4 times and never answered."
