Sink was plugged and full of water, but they took care of it right away. Wanted to charge me $35.00 fee to check-in before 4:00. All the staff was very nice.

All amenities serviced well. The elevators were constantly being cleaned, sanitized. Great housekeeping, breakfast hosts.

Extended Stay America Premier Suites – Phoenix - Chandler – Airport
Kitchen was nice and convenient. No coffee machine or coffee in room so that was a downside. Breakfast in the lobby consisted of mini muffins, yogurt, coffee and one fruit, usually an orange. The Avenida Condominiums
The condo was great. The third party giving the door code was a little nerve racking tho. No code. Then wrong code. Then got in. Quiet, clean, and had all the amenities.
