"We really enjoyed the daily events they have for guests. We love music, and every night they had a show with music to dance. The Restaurants were excellent, especially the a la cart. The staff was excellent but I want make a special comment about Jose our Concierge, he really impressed us and went above and beyond to make pur stay wonderful. He booked all or Dinners and kept us informed on the events for the day. Every time we approached him with questions, he was so nice and helped us. He is truly an excellent Concierge. Also, the cheff Raul went above and beyond to prepare our Chilaquiles to our taste. Bravo one of the Bell Boys was very helpful and nice."

"Room was cleaned upon arrival and beds and clean towels everyday but you can see dust and wipe done in certain areas of the room. Food was great. I’m complaint is the towel services are not clearly clarified that it is a towel a day even if you hand in the towel and want to go to the pool later again and you have your towel card they will not give you a towel until the next day. Also note, the towel cards have to be returned at check out time if not they will charge you $20 US dollars per towels. The staff half of them were great awesome and other half were terrible sad to say."

"Wasn't impressed. Pool is small and filled with screaming children and the staff has a huge speaker blasting music. The water in the pool was about 90*. I don't think there was any alcohol in the drinks. Buffet left a lot to be desired. One restaurant was completely closed for renovations. Not much to eat as a vegetarian. Overall i won't be back but it was decent overall."

"The resort was definitely not clean, there was iguana poop everywhere, all over walkways, in the pools and lazy river. Lazy river was always full of debris like sticks and leaves. Staff there for the most part was good but there were a couple that definitely didn’t care to try help with much at all. The golf carts to take you around are a awesome idea considering it’s built into the side of a mountain but the golf carts where not easy to get ahold of or you would find them all at the top of the resort all hanging out chatting. There was not much for food choices there, the pool bar and grill had easily the best food at the resort. Trying to get to and from the airport was also a task as they didn’t really wanna help at the front desk unless you paid a heavy price for the ride. Overall I definitely wouldn’t choose this resort to stay at again as it was very dirty and the food was not the best."
