"We were only at Hotel Saint Jean one night but it was lovely. Although there were some improvements underway it was clean and nothing was in our way. The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The hotel was well located. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We were able to get a 3 person room which is hard to find. Breakfast included some meats and cheeses, more than the common croissant and coffee. "

"The hotel is fantastic, the pool and the amenities in general are very neat. They offer us a baby crib and the front desk people were fantastic. The only bad side is if you do not speak French it was very difficult to get service at the one restaurant available because no one but the front decal and the manager speak English. I guess if you travel to a country where French is the first languages expected however for the price I would have expected more English friendly service. "

CREAM OF THE CROP

"This place is a dream! Our second stay and it wont be our last. This year we were here on our anniversary and when we walked into our room the bed had a rose rose pedals and a covered dish or macarons while balloons floated above it. How special that was?! The staff was amazing and very attentive. We loved Maxime and Matthew who took such good care of not just us but all their guests. A must stay 10 out of 10!"

"The reception staff were fantastic, helpful, freindly. The family room was very spacious, clean well laid out. There was some refurbishment work going on but there was very minimal disruption. As their restaurant was closed due to refurb we were able to take the very short walk to Le Cosy next door. Would stay again."
