Nonostante la prenotazione e nonostante avessimo già pagato la notte, siamo dovuti andare a trovare un'altra sistemazione altrove. Vediamo ora, come Expedia pensa di rimediare a quanto successo. Un rimborso!? ...un buono per la prossima prenotazione!?"
