"Starting with arrival - this hotel was “difficult”. Difficult to locate using Google Maps, parking was off-site (about a block away and unsecured). Our room was on the second floor - not only was there no elevator, but the stairs were literally from another century - stone, worn uneven with time. Absolutely no help with our bags. Did I mention it was complicated with pouring rain? Yeah, the “lobby” of this hotel is open-air, so the floors were puddles of water, steps were wet - well- they were outside! It was a relief to get inside of the room. The room itself was fine, comfortable enough, nice bathroom, but for me the inconveniences of this place outweighed the positives. There was a continental breakfast included which was nice, nothing special. You need to ask for your cappuccino to be “caldo” or it will come room temperature. The staff was pleasant enough - absolutely no complaints. We actually ended up checking out a day early! I definitely will be looking for another option next time we’re in the Maglie area. No value here based on the price. "

"This is a nice looking hotel just a 15min walk to the centre and 2 mins to the beach. But, a couple of things let it down, firstly when booking they dont tell you that the pool is €15 per person per hour!!!! We had an apartment which apparently does not "

"Hotel is lovely and the location perfect. Staff were exceptionally helpful with everything, including excellent restaurant recommendations. Easy walk to the old city, and parking in their lot a huge benefit. Highly recommend this hotel to get the most out of a visit to Gallipoli without having to navigate the old city streets with a car. "This is a lovely hotel for relaxing & enjoying peace & tranquility of Salento The rooms are spacious lovely & super comfy beds & well cleaned every day The restaurant has a daily menu & food is great quality, my wife is Vegan and the staff & Chef made dinners for her every night!! The staff are absolutely awesome! Nothing is too much trouble for them they really are fantastic & worked hard to make our stay perfect for us Valentina Daisy Maria Marianna & Ricardo Thank you all so much!! "
