"This place truly impressed us. The room was modern, beautiful, and had everything we needed, especially for a stay before a cruise. But what really made our experience exceptional was Anna and her husband. Anna greeted us so warmly and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. She took great care of us and even recommended a wonderful nearby restaurant, where we had an excellent meal. They also helped us with transportation to the cruise terminal at a very reasonable price. On our return, when our cruise line was unable to arrange our transportation to Rome, we called them again. They were there on time and made sure we arrived comfortably and without any stress. Sometimes it is not only about what a place offers, but how people treat you. Anna and her husband are truly beautiful people, and their kindness made our stay unforgettable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."
