"Room amazing, staff even more amazing wasn’t feeling well the day after check in due to & small issues. The staff kicked into over drive to take care of me. Ms. Brenda Ms. Deidra in house keeping, and Ms. Aretha Wallace’s room service/ highlight sports bar. Not to mention management for guests services that I spoke with morning of Jan. 2nd so sorry I don’t remember your name but I’ll never forget you within 30 mins your grace took over you made sure I didn’t want nor need for anything. "my niece drove and walked us around the town. we had a great stay. Too cold for pool but sat by the fire. Pool was beautiful could not get first star off. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the warm robes and having extra towels in room. Did not know how to work TV. My niece helped with that. Thanks to all for our stay. My niece recommended this place.."
