"Hotel was nice. Will need renovation and updates soon. Right on riverwalk. Did not feel safe walking on street in front of hotel. A lot of homeless laying on street. Valet did not bring all our merchandise bags to room with luggage. Had to ask for them. Kind of shady."

The staff was fine, but we paid a couple hundred dollars for a night here and it was extremely disappointing for that price. It's fine for a lower-budget hotel, but it wasn't low budget."

"Valet personnel was amazing. Check in went smooth. We were upgraded to an executive suite which was beautiful. We were told extra bedding would be taken to our suite. 10:00 pm and still hadn’t received bedding. I called front desk and asked for it yo be brought up. An hour passed I called several times no answer. My husband went down to front desk to get himself. Time to check out. I called front desk and requested a luggage cart be brought up. Waited for an hour called again and no answer, again my husband had to go down to get one. Staff not so on point.!"
