"It’s a bit of a heartbreak really. Everybody did a good job. It is obvious that they work hard and maintaining the property and they keep everything up very well. There was a lot of nice little touches. But the construction was so thin that I could easily hear people in the hallway that was amazed at how loud it was and they were just having normal conversation and unfortunately the guy below me in the floor below me one room to the other side I could hear him snoring like he was in my room all night long and it’s an unfortunate that that kind of thing has diminished the experience and keeps me from giving a five star rating. I don’t know if sound insulation it is probably more cost than it’s worth. I think they should’ve thought about this when they were building the building."

"After a stressful experience trying to reach another hotel in Delaware, Ohio — where no one would answer the phone, not even for Expedia — staying at the Baymont by Wyndham in Marion completely changed our trip around. From the moment we checked in, Erica at the front desk made me and my son feel genuinely welcome and cared for. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. You can tell she truly cares about the guests staying there. Jessica from housekeeping was also incredibly sweet and kind. Every time we needed something, she made sure we got it quickly with a smile. Small acts of kindness matter when you’re away from home, and both of these women made a lasting impression on us. And we HAVE to talk about the rainbow pool! My son absolutely fell in love with it. We originally planned a much shorter stay, but the pool alone convinced us to stay 3 extra nights because he did not want to leave. Seeing him so happy made the trip even more special for me as a mom. Thank you to the staff at Baymont by Wyndham Marion for turning a stressful situation into such a warm and memorable stay. We will definitely remember this trip for a long time."

"Worst Hotel stay I've ever had. Stayed in one of the two hot tub suites. Neither TV had any type of signal. No drain plug for the hot tub... Stuck a plastic cup in the drain. Toilet had a ring of filth in it. Shower had dried coffee in the bottom. Breakfast was a joke. Went down at 8:30 AM, No waffle batter left, no eggs, no staff even! Just a sign that said we'll be back.... And that was at the check-in desk.... Anyone could have robbed the place blind! Found my own peanut butter for my English muffins below the counter top. Orange juice was watered down, likely running out of concentrate, but like I said... No one was there. Not even a maid! Craziest thing I've ever seen at a hotel! RUN! DON'T STAY! We should be compensated a free stay!"
