I’m sure this was a relatively new property, but the accommodations were great. We were only there overnight, but this would be an awesome home base for doing things in the area.

convenient updated and overall wonderful!
this was a real find! We are super happy to know about this place for future trips in the area! The only bummer thing was that the hot tub was not in order but I think according to the staff it should be soon!

The checking process is really smooth, and the front desk staff girl was really helpful in helping us find the nearest gas station in order to buy rubber for my two girls. Not only that, but no of small queen beds are not enough for myself and my two girls. The only problem we experience is that bathroom shampoo and soap are not enough for me and my two girls. We were frustrated after our bedtime. They promise to grab and go for breakfast. But the next day, front desk staffer Gentaman rudly said, No breakfast.

The rooms are very cozy and staff was amazing. My wife says it is very pretty with the Christmas decorations. The only minor issue i had was that there was not enough lighting near the entrance and I drove past it. But i also have bad night vision so thats why i say its minor. Other than that it was extremely affordable and the front desk agent allowed me to pick my room since i was from out of town for my grandfather's funeral and i was able to stay next door to family. I highly recommend this hotel to stay at and when we visit again we will come back.

Check out is 11:00. At 10:05, the cleaning ladies were in the adjoining room laughing loudly banging on the walls with something, dropping the toilet seat, vacuuming then letting the door slam shut. This went on for 25-30 mins, so there was no way for us to sleep-in. We had the sleeping tag on the door. We didn’t appreciate this treatment.

The hotel was nice and clean and in a convenient area. The staff was very friendly and gave excellent dining suggestions. The only thing that we were not too pleased with is that our room was only serviced once in the four nights we stayed. Also, one of the reasons I choose Hampton Inn is for the breakfast included benefit. The coffee machine was only functioning the first morning. We love coffee and ended up going to McDonalds the other three mornings to get coffee. We could have made coffee I the room but it is not as good as freshly brewed coffee waiting for you at breakfast. Might need to have a backup plan. Other than those 2 small issues would had a delightful stay.

The Hampton Inn in Marion, NC was terrific — very clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast and nicely decorated for the autumn leaf season. Great staff! We had a great stay and would stay again

Staff was very friendly. We did have an issue with the tv, the evening staff did not know how to fix it. She did say she would move us to a new room but we declined. Tv was fixed the next morning. Only issue my husband thought about was if we had been pulling our boat it would have gotten scraped up turning and going up the drive. The driveway was very steep.

Last minute booking to get off the road at night
Traveling home from a conference and once it got dark we were unable to continue. Booked this while pulled over at a gas station and walked in the door 10 min later. I had my phone out to show the reservation thinking there was no way it had been seen by the staff. I was surprised when we were greeting with - everything is ready for you. Our room had already been checked and the receptionist let us know how to park around the side since all front parking was gone @ 9 pm. We had a pleasant rest and could smell bacon in the morning. Breakfast was amazing and we were on our way by 6:30 am. I cannot tell you how life saving it was to get off the road and be able to sleep. Service, cleanliness and experience were all outstanding.

I was really surprised that this property was this nice. Nice value for the stay and the staff were super friendly. I think most of them spoke to us, even the room cleaners.
