"Its a nice resort outside rooms - available pool and seating, chef and bar and nice outdoor atmosphere. Very walkable to the mall, grocery and food stalls nearby etc. However there was an Issue with cleanliness of rooms and condition of amenities inside. Towels provided seemed to be stained - looked like makeup, not sure; used toilet paper and condition of shower, shower head and kitchen weren’t in the best condition. Also did not see a microwave but there was a fridge."

"This is an excellent place to stay for a group of golfers who are playing Cabot St. Lucia Golf Club. We only stayed 2 nights and played golf all day. The Villa is about 150 feet from the entrance to the club. We walked to the course and were picked up in a golf cart. The Villa pool is terrific and the assistance from our concierge (Ms. Sam Love) was first rate. "The Bel Jou Hotel was clean with two very nice pools. The gym was okay but I would suggest better spinning bikes. Breakfast was amazing and dinner at the Hummingbird was fabulous. What really makes the Bel Jou a great hotel to stay at is the exceptional service from the staff. Princess and Keisha are two staff members who are outstanding. I have traveled the world and have visited many different hotels. The Bel Jou Hotel has the best customer service and staff that I have ever encountered. We are looking forward to our next visit."
