"Casa Veles offers nice, clean, comfortable accommodations at a reasonable price. The staff was professional and friendly. The free breakfast was nice, the restaurant offers a nice selection from their. menu. It is not a fancy place, but the accommodations are very nice. Excellent value."

"The room itself was generally okay for a short stay, but there were a few things that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. The restroom could have been cleaner upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. The kitchen area was quite limited in terms of utensils and basic supplies, making it a bit challenging even for couple people."

There’s heaps of Ants around maybe the property could do something about that. Overall, I recommend this hotel . We only stayed here for 3 nights. I am not sure what it’s like for long stay. "

"I’m very disappointed with my stay. The bathroom was not clean, the sink was clogged and rusty, and the room overall did not meet basic standards for cleanliness or comfort. The bed was very hard, and I was surprised to be told there would be a ₱150 charge just for an extra towel. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service."

"I stayed here for 4 nights. I decided to stay here because this is a newly built hotel near my Fiancé’s house. On my 1st night i have to go to the front desk and let them know that the key they provided wont open my door, they send a maintenance guy to open my door using a screw driver. I have to go back and forth to the front desk multiple times because of this. "I like the pool, beach, lagoon but the condominium unit was terribly dirty. The booking center gave a wrong confirmation slip about the unit so we wasted time in a wrong building. The Kitchen basin was leaking so that I could not properly cook and wash the dishes."

"When I arrived, the Wi-Fi was not working. They say they are a beach resort, the beach was extremely dirty and a 10 minute walk away. The food they supplied was extremely minimal with no vegetables and far too costly. There were no food options nearby. I had to complain to stop loud pulsing music after 11 PM."
