"We showed up late, at 9:30, no one was in the parking lot, but the lady at the front desk told me they only had one downstairs room left and she has the air on for us. Ok, cool, I'm disabled and can't do stairs due to multiple spine surgeries. But we get into the room and it was only a queen. Also, the air wasn't on, not sure why she lied to me about that, but whatever. I paid for a king so I'm not sure why i was downgraded to a queen without even being told that we were being downgraded. We were so tired we just decided to deal with it and not fight the lady over the downgraded room and empty parking lot. Then we noticed a giant burn in the blanket. The bathroom was dirty and the tub hadn't been cleaned out in who knows how long. "

"Made a reservation for King bed no smoking and received a confirmation but when I got to property it was not available. My choices were smoking or take a room with two full size beds. Not real happy with Expedia and Nationwide 9. Parking was fine. The beds were hard. The shower curtain smelled musky it needed a wash. I liked my stay last time but this time was not as good. "

"Expedia $63.55 Transaction details The merchant EXPEDIA 73337227501820 I went to check in at coachmans hotel in wynne arkansas in the United States. And show the management worker that i paid $63.55 for the room online the confirmation number 73337227501820 and the to explain and the office manager informed me that they don't accept online reservation online. So I wasn't able to stay at the coachmans hotel on the 28 of December. I had to get a room at another hotel down the road from coachmans hotel at nationwide9 with someone else money. The money i spent to at coachmans hotel was all of my funds I had in my account it was my life savings. So please help me get the funds back please "
