"Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in der Residence Lichtenvoorde verbracht. Die Anlage ist ruhig und hat eigentlich alles was man braucht an Infrastruktur. Es ist nur schade, dass der Park nicht groß genug ist für einen Brötchenservice oder ein Restaurant mit Frühstücksangebot. Allerdings war das Besteck bei Ankunft nicht sauber und man sollte die Silikonfugen im Bad mal erneuern. Das ist ein Aufwand von 1-2 Stunden und alle paar Jahre einfach notwendig. "

"Nadruk ligt op de wellness. Aan het hotel is nog wat werk. De kamer is niet mooi afgewerkt en tijdens ons verblijf van 3 nachten is onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en hebben we geen nieuwe handdoeken gekregen. Wij zijn dit na de eerst nacht gaan melden aangezien de fles zeep op was in de douche. Er werd ons uitgelegd dat de kamers pas om de dag werden schoongemaakt. Voor ons geen probleem, maar toen we terug op onze kamer kwamen zagen we dat enkel de zeep was vervangen. Het ontbijt was de eerste...

Excellent service from the receptionist, room was huge (junior suite), bed was huge and super comfy, bathroom was a good size with a good shower, nice towels and shampoo etc. the toilet was in another room but turned out better due to privacy. Food to have a heated towel rail to dry our togs after our swim. The indoor swimming pool was so large, good temperature, very clean and in a luxurious room!
