"Great location, good size rooms , good value, clean and staff good "

"The staff seemed to be upset with me when I cancelled our breakfast reservations for the next morning. The next morning when asked if we were eating they were surprised that we weren't even though I had cancelled the night before. No elevator......difficult to carry suitcases up 2 to 3 flights of stairs. Wish we would have seen this when searching for a place to stay. Didn't see that this was mentioned when looking at the amenities of the hotel. Staff wasn't very helpful with finding our room or what door to use once we checked in."

"I had two rooms booked with breakfast, but for some weird reason only one breakfast per room was included. Even when I made the booking 4 adults were on the booking never had this before not happy."
