"The bed was comfy, but the slightest movement made the box spring squeak…It was clean but the room and bathroom were dated. The price was fair and front desk staff were welcoming."
"The only down part was the beautiful hotel is beside a big tent spot for the homeless which isn’t the worst ; it is fenced and they do have a lot of cameras for the area and inside.
We were comfortable and will stay again"
"Quiet clean ish place. Only downfall is that it smells like pot in upper hallway. For me it is enough to not go back. A lot of workers so I guess its hard to control. But clean and felt safe."
"My family and I were going to spend the night in Sudbury as part of a mini vacation and decided to book one night at the Towne Suites Marriot in Sudbury.
We arrived and the hotel had plenty of ample parking which was well lit and this goes a long way.
Upon check-in we were greeted by Nathan if I am not mistaken and he ensured the entire check-in process went smooth. I told him that I am a current Marriot member but was not able to book the hotel through Marriot as the rooms were sold out and the only way was to book through Expedia. He said that was not an issue and mentioned to me that he already has my profile in front of him.
After checking in, the first thing we did was to check the room to make sure everything was working as it should and it was clean. We noticed that one of the queen bed's fitted sheet had a stain and we mentioned this. Immediately Nathan got house keeping to replace the fitted sheet. This is a HUGE plus and it shows they care about their customers.
Noise level throughout the hotel was decent. The interior of the halls and the doors to the rooms can have a much more modern look.
Breakfast was mediocre at best with a rating of 2/10. The food was cold and not hot. The juice from the juice dispenser was warm. If you are a vegetarian or vegan, they mix the hash browns with the pork sausages - this is a BIG NO NO. Not much other options for strict vegetarians or vegans.
Overall I would come back but won't have breakfast at the this hotel."
