Es gibt wirklich fast nichts zu meckern. Staff ist sehr aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung hat alles was man benötigt. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist für Leute die in Ruhe Urlaub machen möchten einfach perfekt, keine Party-Meile sondern eher stilvoll. Das Meer/ die Bucht ist toll. Wir waren das 2. Mal hier im Diplomat und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Bir kez daha tercih edilir

Öncelikle her bir çalışan çok çok güleryüzlü ve kibarlar. Hepsine ayrı ayrı çokça teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Otelin konumu çok iyi. Otelden çıktığınız gibi denize gidebilir ve alışveriş yapacağınız, yemek yiyeceğiniz yerlerin tam ortasında. Bize ilk başta en üst kattaki oda verildi. Fakat odaya geçip klimayı açtıktan 2 saat sonrasında bile oda halâ sıcaktı. En üst kat olduğu için mi yoksa klima mı yeterince soğutmadı bilmiyorum ama odanın içinde terledik. Fakat çalışanlar o kadar ilgiliydi ki odamızı değiştirdiler. Ayrıca otel temizdi. Bir olumsuzluk da bazı günler gece yarısına kadar gelen müzik sesleri. Biz yorgun olduğumuz için uyuyakaldık ama belki bu iyileştirilebilinir. Fakat genel olarak bir daha tercih eder miyim? Kesinlikle.

The front desk Amal went above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer service experience. She even gave us an upgrade to our room . The hotel is in an excellent location with an amazing sea view. The breakfast was a traditional Turkish breakfast and was good. The small small little town of Turunc is about 12 kilometers out of Marmaris and it is amazingly beautiful. Overall a great hotel and highly recommend it. Thanks for a great customer service

Great location at Turunc Beach. Just right there in the middle of everything including other hotels, restaurants and shops. Hotel have very good amenities and staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Hope that I can go back to Turunc and potentially stay here, since this was the best spot I visited in my recent trip to Turkey and Greece.

Pay a little much for heaven

The hotel location is magnifical. The building is old but it feels you a visit to rich relative. The staff is amazing. I wish their salary is good. Sea is wonderful we swam at 8 am to 8 pm. Breakfast is enough. You have 10% charge in restaurant at sea side

5 stars for customer service. I had to cancel my reservation at the very last minute and the staff was understanding of my situation. They didn't even charge me. I really hope I'm able to make it back Turunç in the future and have a proper stay at Diplomat Hotel.

Restoran çok kötü. Çeşit az, fiyatlar köy ortamına göre yüksek Marmaristen aşağı kalır yanı yok. Ulaşımı da kötü. Tek şerit virajlı yol dağı aşırtıp gidiliyor falan. Personel ilgili, kahvaltı yeterli. Deniz taşlı hemen derinleşen klasik Akdeniz. Gerek yok bir daha gitmeyiz.

Konakladığımız odamız yenilenmiş ve tertemizdi. Otelin hem havuzundan hem plajından ücretsiz yararlandık. Çok keyifli bir tatil yaptık. Apart’ın karşısında emniyetli bir otopark mevcuttu. Otel’e gelen müşteri portföyü de rahatsız edici değildi. Her şey için otel yönetici ve çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz.

Artılar: - Otelde yeterli kadar çalışan var. Bu da çalışanların iş yükünü arttırmadan iyi hizmet vermelerini sağlıyor. - Tüm çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. - Otelin konumu çok iyi, kendine ait plajı var ve burada da hizmet yeterli. - Otelin dışarı da hizmet veren restoranı var. Fiyatlar ucuz diyemiyorum, çünkü artık her şey pahalı. Ama tatil beldesine göre uygun ve mutfağı gayet iyi. - Kokteylleri gayet başarılı. Kokteyllerden "Moda" favorim. - Benzer otellerle karşılaştırınca kahvaltısı çok çok iyi. Öyle paket ürünler yok. Ekmeğine, böreğine kadar kendileri yapıyor. - İlk gün odamızdaki klimada arıza vardı, haber verdik ve çabucak ilgilendiler sorun çözüldü. - Otelin 60lar sonu mimarisi pek hoş. Eksileri: - Odalarda geçici kullanımlık terlik, duş jeli vs. bulunmuyor. Bizim odamızda sadece 3 adet küçük sabun vardı. Gelirken aklınızda bulunsun. - Odaya günlük su bırakılmıyor, dışardan almanız gerek. - Resepsiyon ve oda temizlik görevlileri arasında sanırım bir irtibatsızlık var. İki sefer biz içerideyken kapımız açıldı:) Üstelik birinde kapıda "Rahatsız etmeyin" yazıyordu. Tabi ki yanlışlık olmuştur, ama daha dikkatli olmakta fayda var. - Plaja sabah erken saatlerde havlunuzu bırakmazsanız öğlen saatlerinde yer bulamıyorsunuz. İki üç sefer yer bulamadık, en sonunda mecburen biz de erkenden havlumuzu bıraktık. Şu şezlonga havlu atma olayına genel olarak bir çözüm bulunması gerek. Kısacası genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederim.

Otel personeli cok yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Otelin restaurantı tasarımı ve hizmeti bence Turunç ta en iyi yer diyebilirim. Müzikler yemekler hizmet gerçekten de güzeldi. Otel odaları çok şirin, deniz de cok keyifli ve temizdi. Çok memnun kaldık.

Nous sommes à peine arrivés , que les soucis ont commencer avec une chambre avec 2lits au lieu d’un seul lit . La chambre de remplacement était une chambre qui sentait très fort la cigarette , l’air conditionné fuyait et laisser couler de l’eau dans la terrasse , l’hygiène n’en parlons même pas … le pommeau de douche était cassé et la douche bouchée … la femme a l’accueil était par contre très gentil mais son collègue secrétaire nous a royalement nier après avoir essayer de nous arnaquer pour le prix de la semaine …

Deniz manzaralı standart oda da konakladık. Manzaramız gerçekten güzeldi, Turunç için en güzel lokasyonlardan biri diyebilirim. Hizmet olağanüstüydü, mutfak zaten anlatılamaz. Yediğimiz her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Personelin güler yüzlü, çok genç ve enerji dolu olması ekstra bir kalite katmış. Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar görüşmek üzere...
