Güzel bir otel ama iyileştirmeler gerekli.

30 Nisan- 6 Mayıs arası 6 gece kaldık. Genel olarak otelden memnun kaldık fakat birkaç konuda kesinlikle iyileştirme olması gerekiyor: 1- Odamız termal havuzun oldugu binadaydı, klima kesinlikle sogutmadı sıcak hava veriyordu, resepsiyona bildirdigimizde ilgilenildi fakat cozum olmadı, tavandaki pervane ile idare ettik. Hava 23 derece oldugu için cok sorun yasamadık ama ogleden sonra odada duramadık. Yazın bu odaların kullanılabilecegini sanmıyorum. 2- Yeterince servis görevlisi yoktu. Akşamları yemekte çoğunlukla içeceklerimizi kendimiz gidip aldık. 3- Döneceğimiz sabah 11:00'de çıkış yaparken aracımızı otelin dışındaki otoparktan getirilmesini istedigimizde tek bir vale bile bulunmuyordu otelde, resepsiyon beklememizi istedi valeler gelene kadar. Eşim otoparka aracımızı kendi alıp bavulları yuklemek getirmek için gittiginde otoparkta birkaç valenin muhabbet ettiklerini gordugunu soyledi, hoş bir ayrılış olmadı otelden. Eşim aracı getirdiğinde ilk vale otele geldi, o kadar süre beklemiş olacaktık daha arabanın anahtarını almalarını 4- Akşam ve gün içi programın ne oldugunu resepsiyona sormak dışında öğrenmek mumkun degil, hicbir yerde yayınlanmıyor, daha once hic karsılasmadıgımız bir durum. 5-Ultra hersey dahil bir otel için yemek saatlerinin daha kapsayıcı olmasını beklerdik. Ogle yemegi 14:00'de bitiyor, sonraki yemek 16:00'da ve kısıtlı bir menuden secilecek yemekler sadece, sonrasında Akşam yemegine kadar otelde dondurma dışında birşey yemeniz mumkun degil.

just returned from a great stay at club turban .Excellent location , great food and entertainment. Only negative was that our booking agent made no mention of the fact that the hotel is on quite a steep site involving lots of steps an steep pathways .

Next time sunshine please!

Despite the rain we had a good holiday. Fabulous location, great grounds, beach and jetty's, pools etc. Half way between Marmaris and Ichmeler handy flat strolls to work off the food and drink. Unfortunately due to the weather most exterior dining was closed putting great strain on the main self service restaurant.The food was plentiful and varied but it was rather crowded and noisy. The staff were all very nice and our entertainment mighty muscled superhero Batman( sorry can't remember name but you can't miss him!) with his side kick the lovely Seda really made the holiday special. The rooms were spacious, clean and serviced daily. We visited in mid April and I would be tempted to return later in the season to see how the hotel transforms into what I am sure will be a great holiday destination.

We were disappointed as most of the resort was closed, we visited end of February. The location is not bad, but the views from the rooms are not good at all. Food is good but not a lot of options. Maybe it is worth trying if you are visiting between April and September, otherwise, not worth it.

Bakayı çifti olduğumuzu 3 kez telefon görüşmemizde belirtmemize rağmen zemin katta otelin çöplü bahçesine bakan oda verildi. Ama talebimizle ek binadan üst kat ile değiştirildi . Genel olarak nezih , turistleri kaliteli , rahatsız edici hareketleri olan insanlar olmayan müşteri portföyü olan bir otel . kesinlikle aç kalınmaz sürekli lezzetli ve kaliteli yiyecek içecek olan bir otel. Çocuklu aileler için birebir.

Don't Fool with star rate, please read.

There was no wifi signal in our room at all. I let reception know about it twice, They didn't take care of it. Yes we got the signal when we were at lobby but still there was no internet. Food was awful, my friend got food poison. Service was really bed. Sea was good but Be aware there is no sand in the bottom of sea, all rocks. We were planing to stay 2 more days but after all we decided to leave. They offer 2 a la carte menu with all inclusive but whenever you call them they claimed they've all booked. When I booked the hotel, I choosed pay at tell, it was a mistake. They don't accept any American cards. So you have to pay cash in USD or Turkish Currency, here is the catch when they calculated the exchange rate to Turkish lira, there was almost $40 per day overcharged. We went to game room with one of my buddy to play Xbox. We got tokens for 2 hours. But we find out the controllers not working. When we asked help from associate, he told us kids keep broke them. I asked if you already knew they were not working why you sold us that much tokens and he did inserted all tokens before we started. So we got cheated at game room. Not satisfied at all.

Otelin konumu iyiydi. Tesisin yeşillikler içerisinde olmasını çok beğendim. Ancak yemek kalitesi çok kötüydü. Çok fazla çeşit olmasına rağmen lezzet olarak vasattı. Servis ve ilgi de yeterli seviyede değildi. Bunun otelde çok fazla konaklayan olmasına rağmen yeteri kadar çalışan olmamasına bağlıyorum. Yemek salonundaki masalar gerçekten pisti. Amerikan servisler yapış yapıştı. Ödedeğimiz konaklama bedelinin karşılığı alamadığımızı düşünüyorum. Hatta tüm bu faktörler nedeniyle otelden bir gün erken çıktım :(

Tattling en güzel anı check-out yaptığım zamandı. superior odada konakladık. 1 yatak odası ve cekyat ile bir yatağın bulunduğu 2 odadan oluşmakta. 3 ve ya 4 kişilik aileler için ideal. yatak odası biraz küçük. banyo ve tuvaletten az ve üsttekilerin sesini aynen duyuyorsunuz.odadaki kasa bozuktu ve söylememize tagmen birşey değişmedi. banyo üst kattan akıtıyordu. klozete oturduğunuzda başınıza iğrenç birşeyler damlıyor olabilir. yataklar belimizi ağrıttı. kapılar aşırı derecede gıcırdıyordu. duşakabin duşarı su sızdırıyordu ve banyo her duş sonrası göle dönüyordu. yemek çeşidi fena değil fakat lezzet vasat. tek güzel şey sabah kahvaltısında olan taze simitti. otel o kadar kalabalıktı ki nefret etmemek imkansız. yemekhanede yer bulmak bir sorun ve her yer çocuk. plajı mavi bayraklı ve taşlı. yer bulmak yime imkansız. sabah havlusunu bırakıp giden bir sürü tip var. ortadoğulu ve gurbetçi çok. snack barlar vasat. alakartlar tam bir felaket.

Not luxury resort

This place is billed as a 5 star resort. To American standards this is not a 5 star resort. It is fairly run outdated and there are no services like room service. The meals were okay but the food is not Turkish food. They tend to cater to a more Eastern European and Russiun crowd. The staff is nice but unfortunately the front desk people are rude and unhelpful. Overall we had fun but we would not go back to this resort. We would find a place that is more friendly to non Russian people.

اجمل اجازه .. خيااااااال

رائعه بجميع التفاصيل الاكل رائع ومتنوع جدا النظافه لا توصف تعاون الموظفين وتعاملهم مع النزلاء شيء لم ارى مثله من الترحيب والبشاشه والعمل الجاد واتقان اعمالهم اخص بالذكر اهتمامهم بالاطفال حيث انه هنالك مكان خاص بالاطفال يلقون عنايه من بنات غايه بالحنان والمحبه وفي المساء يقومون بعمل حفله رقص للصغار مع والديهم. ايضا كل ليله هنالك حفله يقومون بتنسيقها وجلب فرق على مستوى عالي من الاداء الجميل. ومن اجمل الاشياء كمية الطبيعه والهدوء والخضار الموجود في المنتجع بجميع المقاييس كانت رووووووووعه
