We loved the location of this hotel and check in service. Easy walkable to anywhere within reason. Hotel was clean and tidy for the most part. The elevatorcould do with a thorough Cleaning. Buffet and restaurant very nice. Early rising in morning if you want a beach chair. Fills up fast. 0ur room was small but comfortable with a balcony and sea view . Beds are hard in Turkey. We were equipped with 1 small glass and that was it. 3 small bars of soap. No counter space in bathroom . Price was right and included breakfast. I would stay again.

Hotel needs a revamp. Lobby was outdated, dark and not welcoming. Rooms were not the cleanest and parts of the wall coverings and furniture were starting to peel and come apart. The morning breakfast area and the food availability could also be a lot better for the price. It’s not an all-inclusive, but at the price they’re asking you would expect a lot more on offer from the general food options and hotel/room conditions. Can find better for cheaper at a Pansion or B&B. However, The view and location are excellent and the beds are comfortable so if that’s what’s important to you then it’s okay.

The stay was fantastic, I was welcomed with a big smile and was shown around the complex, after a little tour we went to my room. An ok room with a beautifull balkon, with a view of the Marmaris sea. 10/10 would recommend!

August in Marmaris

We booked it for the balcony with sea view and it didn’t disappoint. Although the decor in the room is a little’tired’ It was spacious with a fridge and air conditioning that both worked well and a decent bathroom with a good shower (although for best results avoid peak times). Breakfast was not particularly brilliant but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel is on a busy walkway packed with loud bars although the music volume does decrease sometime after midnight. Not a problem for us, but if you like an early night choose a room at the back. Although the sunbeds on the beach were usually taken early it was easy to find other bars along the seafront offering free sunbeds as long as you buy a drink with them so again, not a problem. Having read previous reviews we were cautious about booking this but were not disappointed.

I am giving a 4 stars because of the room location, the sun rising inside in the morning was a feeling hard to explain. The warmth towards the guests was negligible, I had to go buy shampoo across the street after being coldly told there was none, there was no electric kettle for morning coffee, the breakfast was not fit for the this Marmaris area. I went down to the Roma restaurant where I had one of the best menemen. So if you play smart you will enjoy Point Beach Hotel.

False advertising

The pictures of the hotel room upon booking did not reflect how the room appeared in reality. Hotel is very run down and unclean. Shower was dirty and room had unpleasant odour. We had a sea view room and the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years. Too expensive for what was offered. Do not recommend staying here!

The location was perfect . The views fantastic . The hotel has refurbished, they have put a lot of effort into this to make it stylish and appealing . I was very worried before I came . The room was a good size , beds comfy . Housekeeping almost daily . The one major flaw in the room was the fact there isn’t a ceiling in the bathroom . It’s a mesh type tile . You can hear all adjoining rooms in the bathroom … very odd feeling , but no one could see in , just hear them like they was in the bathroom with you . We did bed and breakfast. Not impressed. Ok for some cheese eggs and bread . The pool much better than shows in the advertising. Always a bed . Many Russians , so prepare yourself for the Russian music they play on their phones by the pool . All staff really helpful . We did have to request a new matress upon arrival as my sons was filthy . This was done immediately. Hair dryer wire broken . Curtains don’t reach the floor . No bathroom Ceiling. And the balcony you couldn’t use as the filter pumped hot air out . We would return , I paid barely anything and was happy with the stay . I work in the industry and often missed spots , perfectly clean .

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü otelin konumu ve plajı gayet güzel konum olarak aşırı merkezi bir yerde akşamları otelde ve çevresinde kaliteli vakit geçirebileceğiniz yerler var. Kahvaltı biraz daha iyi olabilir yaz vakti meyve falan konulabilir çok maliyetli şeyler değil ama otelin geneline baktığımızda tam bir f/p oteli. Bir daha ki ziyaretimde yine bu oteli tercih edeceğim.

Marmaris’in İncisi

Otele ilk girdiğimiz andan itibaren resepsiyonun güleryüzü ve sıcak tavırlarıyla kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik, odaya yerleşme ve oteli tanıtma konusunda da oldukça yardımseverlerdi. Odamızın temizliği, balkon manzarası, yatakların rahatlığı ve özellikle ışıklarla yaratılan oda ambiyansı bize oldukça iyi hissettirdi. Kahvaltıda aklınıza gelebilecek tüm ürünler titiz bir şekilde servis edilmişti, özellikle envai çeşit peynirlerine bayıldık. Konumu oldukça merkezi bir yerde, istediğimiz her yere yürüyerek rahat bir şekilde ulaştık. Otelin kendine ait beachi olması bizi ayrıca etkiledi. Ve son olarak İhsan beyin rezervasyon yaptığımız ilk andan otelden ayrılışımıza kadar göstermiş olduğu ilgi bizi oldukça mutlu etti, kendisine teşekkür ederiz :) Harika bir ekiple dolu dolu bir tatil geçirdik. Marmaris’e tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle tercihimiz yine aynı olacak, bu deneyimi yaşamanızı şiddetle tavsiye ederim :)
