Super nettes Personal. Saubere Unterkunft mit einem schönen Ausblick. Der Pool im Außenbereich wurde genutzt und war stets sauber. Bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Akyaka werde ich sicherlich wieder in diesem Hotel bleiben.

Süper konum evlere şenlik işletme

Satış amaçlı bir rezidans hepsi satılamayınca apart olarak kiraya veriliyor konumu iyi ama odalar ve mobilyalar eskimiş devamlı tamirat için bir usta etrafta ve ciddi temizlik problemi var. Her işe yetmeye çalışan iyi niyetli kahya gibi biri var. Resepsiyondaki bayanlar kerhen işlerini yapmakta. Az kalabalık olacağından dolayı covid dolayısıyla 3 defa konakladım. Bu kalışımdan sonra bir kere daha konakladım bu sefer hotelden değil mülk sahibinden fakat bir daha asla düşünmüyorum. Konuma yazık edilmiş bir işletme. Yazık.

The apartment was MASSIVE! 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a large balcony and clean modern design. The pool was also very big, although not enough lounge chairs. Check-in was quick. Kind of a steep hill to park on, so I parked further away. But, some nice views of the bay from this location.

I love staying at Shimal, but the past few times the Wifi was not working at all. You are in a flat and there is just no Wifi, and the staff have no solution to offer. This is a real problem for me. Please fix the Wifi!

Impossible to summarise

Beautiful concept , amazing views , great location . Ill designed , completely unmaintained and despite the cleaning lady's efforts , filthy and stains everywhere . For an apartment it was a catastrophe , nothing worked and everything was broken , even a toilet seat and one of the windows . It reeked of cigarettes and mildew . For a hotel room it was spacious with abundant balconies , 3 of them , 2 ocean view and one forested mountain view . After finding everything broken that I tried to use I approached the management who lied to me about other rooms not being available . Only after I confronted her with rooms not only being obviously vacant but also still being listed online as available was I given a room in the same grade in a better state , losing valuable holiday time and being put in completely unnecessary stress . Despite the 2nd room being in dramatically better shape it still faced critical issues of the wifi modem needing to be replaced , the oven controls broken , the dishwasher filter being so clogged as to render it useless , the shower drained being so clogged that the hot tub was the sole bathing option , and cooking pots and pans in barely usable condition . Despite all the linens being immaculately clean , all the furniture was disturbingly stained and scuz build up abounded in many places , particularly around drains , vents and floor crannies . I will say without reservation that this is a one star hotel at this time .
Clean but ratty ?!? Who does this ?
I won't talk about the inside of the kettle .
Simply threadbare and neglected .

Die Lage war sehr schön. Wir hatten von unserem Zimmer aus einen umwerfenden Ausblick. Wir konnten den Strand sehen. Der allgemeine Zustand der Unterkunft war nicht akzeptabel. Ich weiß nicht wie die anderen Zimmer aussahen aber in unserem Zimmer sollte man dringend handwerklich tätig werden. Das Badezimmer hatte einen Balkon Richtung Innenhof. Die Balkontüre war defekt. Um es zu verschließen wurde ein Schieberiegel angebracht. Es wurde im Badezimmer von einer Steckdose Strom für ein anderes elektrisches Gerät abgezwackt und die Steckdose war somit nicht mehr in der Wand eingebaut sonder hing in der Luft. Die Zuleitung vom Waschbecken im Bad hatte ein Leck wodurch der Boden ständig nass wurde. Es gab einen Bodeneinlauf wohin das Wasser ablaufen konnte, jedoch verliefen dort irgendwelche Stromleitungen vom Whirlpool. Die ganzen Silikonfugen waren übersät mit Schimmel. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Im allgemeinen hat es an der Sauberkeit gehapert. Das Zimmer wurde gefühlt vor Monaten gereinigt. Überall waren Haare auf dem Boden und auf der Couch. Auf dem Balkonboden lagen noch Krümmel vom Vorgänger herum. Was mich am meisten gestört hat war, dass das Personal es nicht mal hinkriegt die Betten mit sauberen Bezügen zu versehen. Das gehört meiner Meinung nach zum „A und O“ eines vernünftigen Hotels. Wir haben einige Punkte dem Personal berichtet leider wurde nichts unternommen. Wir waren zum Glück nur auf der Durchreise und haben nur 2 Nächte dort verbracht.

Odalar mimarla şahane dizayn edilmiş, dubleks ve deniz manzaralı. Girişte bizi Dilan hanım karşıladı, hem güleryüzlü, hem de çok yardımcı, özellikle kendisine teşekkür ederiz. Otel havuzu, yataklar, banyo, mutfak temizdi, yalnızca oturma alanındaki ve terastaki beyaz koltuk ve pufflar temizlenebilir. Çok memnun kaldık, tavsiye ederiz.

It’s a very nice accomodation but unfortunately not as clean as you would wish. Still they did their best to make it as acceptable for us as possible. So that is appreciated! I would defenately go back because it was comfortable, also the beds were very comfortable. Wifi and television etc were great. A lot of families with small children and loud music at the pool. Could be a bit more relax. Depends on the crowd i guess.

Çatal temiz değildi. Odada çamaşır kurutmalık yoktu resepsiyondan isteyince yardımcı oldular. Havuz güzeldi. Klimalar tam soğutuyor ve çok gürültü çıkarıyordu. Bir süre sonra sese alışıyorsunuz. Otelin konumu güzeldi fakat odanın önündeki elektrik kabloları manzarayı bozuyordu. Azmak nehrine ve plaja araba ile 4 dk lık mesafede. Araba park sorunu bulunmuyor. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli idi.

Otel konsept olarak iyi ancak malzemeler biraz eskimiş ve koltuk vs. gibi malzemelerin temizliğinde sıkıntı var. Ancak kaldığımız odanın manzarası eşsizdi. Yüzme havuzunun temizliği konusunda endişe yaşadığımdan çocukların havuza girmesine izin vermedim.
