The location is great right at beach, the hotel is clean with lovely staff who work hard and will hekp you out! It was just catered for turkish people which i dont mind as im matried to a turkish man but there was only 8 hot trays to choose from then the rest was mezes and salad, then cake! No icecreams you had pay double for, the food was not nice nothing for kids no chips or anything edible so the kids lived on pasta all week! Oh and cake! We didnt get much sleep for around 3-4 nights of my weekky stay due to inconsiderate neighbours banging shouting smashing glass on balcony at 3am waking my children up, staff didnt do anything about it, pool is ok very cold but theres no fights for sunbeds as not alot of english people there, would never book here again

The room size ok, housekeeping good. Staff nice. Food strictly Turkish, no English food, afternoon only cakes, nothing for the children, had to buy out even though all inclusive. No entertainment at night, won't be going back, only had gin, vodka for spirits. Unless you pay extra, same menu nearly every night. Not good.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed (should be max 2 stars). Please don't make the same mistake and stay at this hotel. The photos on the advert are misleading. Cleanliness: I had to request a room change on my first day of arrival. The bathroom smelt really bad; there was mold everywhere in the bathroom and the floor was sticky. Safety: After the second night of my stay, I forgot my watch which cost approx £500 on the table in the room, it was stolen by the time I returned. When I made a complaint to the manager he did not even offer an apology or attempt to check the cameras. On my last day of checking out, I overheard two female guests making a complaint to the same manager that a stranger tried to force himself in their room claiming to be from maintenance. He gave them a blank response as if he did not care. Customer Service: The hotel manager, who is apparently the owner of the hotel has no regards for the customers safety or their concerns. Food: Little variety. It was either Turkey or Chicken. Entertainment: If you have kids, there are no activities available. They have a dart competition during the day, Bingo during the evening and a very light stage entertainment which is not very good.

Üç günlük konaklama nın tamamlanan ilk akşamı itibariyle yorum yazmak istiyorum. Genelde fiyat / performans oteli, şuan bu fiyat ile bu imkanları elde etmek için doğru adres.. Sahile 50-100 metre mesafede, araba için sokakta park yeri eğer şanslı iseniz bulmak mümkün, sahilde kısa bir yürüme mesafede bulunan marmaris belediyesi ne ait olan tesisten faydalandık, duş, kabin, wc, içecek ve atıştırma bulunuyor. Otele gelirsek yoğun yerli ve yabancı turist konaklama yapıyor, yiyecek ve içecekler yeterli çeşit ve miktarda, servis elemanı turizm okuyan gençler iyi çalışıyor sadece yerli yabancı ayrımı hoş değil, örneğin yerli daima plastik ve ufak bardak ile servis ediliyor oysa yabancı lar cam bardak, kadeh ve bol bol özel ilgi alâka elde ediyor. Bunun nedeni ilk olarak bahşişi akla getirse de diğer yorumlar dan elde ettiğim bilgiye göre otel yönetim leri onların bu şekilde yapmalarını istiyor imiş, demek ki yerli turist sadık değil, yabancı ise ilgi iyi olursa tekrar geleceği beklenmekte. Oda yeterli genişlikte, temizlik yeterli, su sorunu yaşamadık, oda balkon havadar, klima iyi çalışıyor, mini bara sadece odaya girişte iki adet 330ml petsu konuluyor. Çevrede çok yakın iki büyük market var, o nedenle suya erişim kolay, zaten gün boyunca içecek otel tarafından sunuluyor. Gün boyunca yüksek müzik olabiliyor ancak bunu talep eden müşteri lerde olduğu için bunu da sıkıntı yapmamak gerekir. Yatak yastık değişimi gerektiğinde bunu kolay ca hallettik.
