"Beautiful location, staff very friendly, room was very clean, parking was a breeze, breakfast was hot and delicious 😋 with a variety of items to choose from, the coffee ☕️ was amazing 👏 first time staying here, usually stay at Embassy Suites on our way back and forth from Michigan to North Carolina and back, multiple times a year but they were sold out, glad they were, we will definitely be staying here instead:)"
"Single night stay at this hotel as part of a roadtrip. We arrived early at 1pm but rooms weren't available until 3pm so we popped over to the West Virginia State Capital Building in Charleston which is well worth a visit.
Upon our return we were served by the wonderful Michaela on the reception desk. She was polite, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
The room was spacious and quiet with cool aircon and comfy beds.
Up early for breakfast which was varied and tasty with the best coffee of our trip so far."
"I booked this hotel for my husband, our son, and my son's friend, while they were in town for the Billy Strings concert. My husband texted me immediately and said you have to give this place 5 stars 🌟! He said the staff was very pleasant, and the room was more like a suite. It had a closet, extra blankets, two AC units in the room, a couch, and two windows seats. He said it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the price for the room was great! If he could give more than five stars, he said he would!! Thank you for a pleasant stay!!😊"
"Everyone was very pleasant and ready to help at any moment we were there for the Billy strings concert It was a great crowd. everybody loved the show and all the staff was very welcoming later in the evening at the Marriott I will visit again."
