"If I’ll like digital detox I would be ok, but if you with kids and it’s raining and you at property with limited mobile coverage you need internet. No internet access in this property, I spend a week at the property and from Monday was told it’s “just broke down” and will be fixed. Beautiful food ( our breakfast was included), suite towels and linens were lovely, and the staff sincerely tries to anticipate your every need. "This hotel is so handy for the main railway station in Verona, as it is only a 5 minute walk. Have stayed before so chose it again as we were catching a train the next morning. Room was large and the air con was very welcome. Comfy large bed and nice pillows. Breakfast was also very good."

"Lovely hotel, beautifully situated about 150m from the Verona Arena. The rooms are clean and well appointed, if a little lacking in character. The staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. There is a price premium for the location, but overall I think it is good value. Amenities are a little lacking but when it is so close to Piazza Bra what else could possibly be required?! This was my third visit and have never had any regrets over my choice."

"The hotel is in a super location on the lake, with stunning views. The hotel rooms are quite basic and dated. Carpets in hallways dirty and threadbare. Restaurant food was good, but service over our 5 day stay was incredibly disappointing and impersonal. We were constantly chasing staff for service, which was very annoying. The breakfast set-up is poor, disorganised and no one really in charge to keep things running smoothly. The pool and spa area are lovely and definitely a highlight."

"We stayed here for a week. The site and mobile homes are clean and well kept and the staff were friendly. You can pay to rent towels and bedsheets. There are two pools - one which requires swimming caps but the main pool doesn’t. There are a couple of small slides in the main pool and it’s good for kids, although we found it overcrowded at times and the hard plastic loungers are not very comfy! The entertainment is quite noisy until 11pm and aimed at younger kids. The location is good - we didn’t take a car and got around fine. A taxi from Verona airport cost around 65 euros. It’s a 20 minute walk to Peschiera train station, where you can get a free shuttle bus to Gardaland, and about the same walk to get to the ferry port (highly recommend getting the ferry to Sirmione for the day!). There are a few nice restaurants nearby that are cheaper than those in Peschiera town centre. Access to the lake is good and there’s a choice of multiple pebbly beaches nearby, where you can rent pedalos or SUPs. Due to the stones, water shoes are recommended! Overall we thought this was good value budget accommodation in a lovely area."

"Amazing Property and Spa, My second time there and I will be back. Lake Garda is amazing area and this hotel is icing on the cake. Every part of this hotel is a 5 star experience. Always sad when I have to leave. The overall design if this property is second to none. Also has an Amazing Breakfast!"
