Stayed for 3 nights, big mistake, should have stayed longer with the incredible view and service offered. We asked for a room with twin bed, counter gave the wrong room, but as soon as room number was given to the porter, he knew from experience and got the counter to rectify the room. I think staff must be incredibly happy working here that they can go so long as to remember which rooms have what beds.
