très bon séjour

Nous avons été très bien reçu. La chambre était un peu petite à notre gout. Il nous a été proposé durant notre séjour de changer de chambre mais nous avons refusé car finalement notre chambre donnait sur une terrasse ce qui était fort agréable. Nous avons pu prendre nos petit déjeuners copieux et excellents (boisson chaude, pain marocain, beurre, confiture, jus d'orange pressé, yaourt) sur le toit terrasse au bord de la petite piscine. Ilam, la jeune femme chargée du ménage est d'une discrétion, d'une gentillesse et d'une efficacité remarquable. Kamel, Ali et Fouad ont montré un réel sens de l'hospitalité. Nous recommandons vivement ce ryad qui en plus est idéalement situé entre la koutoubia et la place Jema el Fna

Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, sauber zentral

Wir waren eine Woche im B&B Marrakech und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist perfekt! Zum großen Platz und dem Souk keine 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Beim ersten Mal ist es etwas schwer zu finden, weil es in einer kleinen Gasse liegt, aber Ladenbesitzer in der Nähe, haben uns freundlich den Weg gezeigt. Eine junge Frau betreut das Riad, gibt sich Mühe Englisch zu sprechen! Mit Händen und Füßen konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber! Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber schön und zweckmäßig. Wifi gibt es im ganzen Haus. Die Verbindung in den Zimmern ist etwas schwach, aber im Innenhof und auf dem Dach perfekt! Da es kein TV im Zimmer gibt, konnten wir dafür TV Streaming machen. Auf der kleinen Dachterrasse gibt es ein Minipool mit Liegen und Sonnenschutz. Hier kann man mit ein paar Drinks und Snacks einen schönen Nachmittag machen! Die Besitzerfamilie kommt ab und zu vorbei. Sie sind sehr freundlich, sprechen gutes Englisch, Italienisch und Französisch. In der Nacht gibt es immer einen Wachmann in der kleinen Gasse und wir hatten ein sicheres Gefühl! Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis#sauber# zentral#ruhig#zweckmässig#freundlich#sicher Ich kann das B&B Marrakech empfehlen

Bardzo ciężko trafić do riadu, ale plusem jest bliskość do głównego placu gdyż hotel umiejscowiony jest w ścisłym sercu mediny. Brak wygodnego parkingu w pobliżu. Poza tym przyjemne miejsce.

Pas catastrophique mais décevant

Points positifs : - à 50m de la place Jemaa El Fna - très propre - calme et plutot joli - petite déjeuner bon et copieux pour 4€/jour Points négatifs : - réceptionniste désagréable et incapable de situer le riad sur une carte ! - climatisation capricieuse - plus d'eau froide au bout de 3 jours, seulement un filet d'eau bouillante - piscine sale - situé au fond d'une impasse sombre et aux odeurs nauséabondes - paiement en cash à l'arrivée et pas moyen d'avoir une facture, donc si il y a un problème, c'est pour votre poire ! En résumé c'est loin d'etre un désastre, mon voyage (1 semaine) fut quand meme agréable, mais si je devais retourner à Marrakech, j'irais ailleurs

Ryad différent de ce que l'on voit sur internet. Ryad en travaux lors de notre arrivée, la moindre des choses auraient été d'être prévenu du bruit que cela allait engendrer. Une "piscine" ou patogeoire mal entretenue et sale. Les chambres sont grandes et propres cependant les douches manque clairement de pressions (pour les filles cela pose un problème), la toilettes quand a elle sont mal vissés et ont une chasse d'eau qui fonctionne mal. Rien a reprocher au niveau du service. Attention au règlement, les cartes sont débités du jour au lendemain sans que l'on soit prévenu. Pour 30€ la nuit, nous trouvons des ryad bien mieux avec petit déj en plus ! Séjour tout de même agréable si on viens dans ce Ryad simplement pour la nuit!

emplacement exeptionnel

riad trés calme, djemma el fnaa a 1 minute a pied. personnel très sympas et professionnel , toujours à l écoute. rapport qualité prix très bon. super séjour d une semaine et merci aux deux servantes et aussi les propriétaires très gentils. pour notre part je donnerai une note de 20/20

Eenvoudig maar net hotel op een centrale plek.

Eenvoudig maar goed hotel op een centraal gelegen plek. Wij hadden een kamer op de bovenverdieping. De kamer werd elke dag even schoongemaakt en we kregen nieuwe handdoeken. De douche was lastig op temperatuur te houden. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Het ontbijt wat je er extra bij kunt nemen is eenvoudig maar het was voor ons genoeg: Marokkaanse broodjes, jam, yoghurt, pannenkoekjes en een omeletje met daarbij thee of koffie en verse jus d�orange. Zoals al eerder vermeld is het hotel lastig te vinden. Het is verkeerd gepind op de kaart van Expedia. Het beste kun je naar het parkeerterrein gaan op de hoek bij Place Foucauld en Rue de la Koutoubia. Daarvandaan loop je langs hotel Jardins de la Koutoubia over Rue de Koutoubia tot je aan je rechterhand een bakker ziet. Recht daartegenover kun je een steegje in, dat is Rue Lefhal Zifriti. Loop onder het poortje door, en ga na ongeveer 30 meter rechtsaf. Dat straatje loopt dood bij het Riad BB Marrakech. Het hotel ligt centraal. Als je op Rue Koutoubia linksaf gaat ben je met 5 minuten op Place Djemaa el Fna. Ook de Souks liggen net achter het hotel. Verschillende goede eetgelegenheden dichtbij. Op het plein zijn ook geldautomaten.

Billig og utrolig sjarmerende med ypperlig beligge

Guttegjeng på 8 hadde en flott tur Marrakechtur. Hotellet var helt ok med enkel standard. Grei betjening og ypperlig beliggenhet. Anbefaler å bli hentet på flyplassen da denne Riaden ligger inne i Medinaen ikke langt fra markedsplassen og vil være neste umulig å finne på egenhånd!

Nicht zu empfehlen

Der Zugang zum Riad ist alleine das erste Mal nicht zu finden, was es nötig macht, einen Führer zu engagieren, der dann viel zu viel dafür will. Die Lage wäre eigentlich nicht schlecht, in der Nähe vom Djemaa el Fnâa. Jedoch lauern an jeder Ecke unbewilligte Führer, die einem das Leben schwer machen. Überhaupt ist die Stadt sehr touristisch geworden, jeder Tourist ein potentielles Opfer. Das Riad-Personal spricht keine internationalen Sprachen und sind mit zwei Personen eindeutig untervertreten. Die Inneneinrichtung ist an sich schön, jedoch sind die Platzverhältnisse sehr klein. Mir wurd in der zweiten Nacht Photokamera und Geld gestohlen, die Türe liess sich nicht richtig schliessen.

Très agréable

Le Riad est idéalement situé dans la médian, à 1mn de la place Jamaa el Fna, situé dans une petite ruelle qui peut faire peur la première fois mais qui est éclairée la nuit et parfaitement en sécurité. Le Riad et les chambres sont très propres. Le personnel très sympas et notre écoute en cas de besoin. Les propriétaires sont des gens charmants, très gentils, prêts à nous conseiller. La piscine, certes petite, est néanmoins très agréable pour se rafraîchir et très peu fréquenté puisque le Riad ne compte que 7 chambres. Le petit-déjeuner est servi à l'heure de notre choix sur une terrasse très agréable, ce n'est pas gargantuesque mais très bon. L'endroit, malgré son emplacement près de la place et de l'agitation, est très calme. La chambre la plus bruyante est sans sous celle du 2eme étage, à cause des bruits de climatisations ou des enfants pouvant jouer sur la terrasse, (personnellement ça ne m'a pas dérangé). Adresse à recommander.

Fantastisch riad

Een fantastische riad op 2 min van het Djeema El Fna-plein, maar toch zeer rustig! De eigenaars zijn supervriendelijk net zoals de bediening! Een absolute aanrader!!
