A lovely stay to finish our trip in Marrakech. The hotel is beautiful, particularly the pool area and the staff are very attentive. It was great to kick back and relax and have the option to have food and drinks at the poolside. The location is great, a short walk from a taxi drop off point, as well as being very close to the wonderful souks and shops. We felt very safe staying here! It is much larger than the other riads we stayed on during our trip, that were a little more peaceful. But still felt like a calm oasis just off the busy streets.

Quite a disappointing stay. This riad was not at all as described. Very over priced for what you got. We did not have hot water or water draining in shower until almost last day. Very basic room. However it is a good location if you want to be in the Medina. The staff and service was very good, the food in restaurant was good.

Nice hotel and location

Hotel was very clean and the downstairs lobby area very beautiful. The rooms were very basic with not enough storage. The breakfast was excellent ok. Not a lot of options and not executed well.

Good Riad, mixed feelings

We had mixed feelings with our stay at this hotel. We were initially given a nice room opposite the restaurant but it was too noisy every night till midnight, and during the day. We were then moved to the third floor room and this was a bit more private and quiet. However, the room had damp walls, rugs were dirty (like not been washed for years) and shower set up / cubicle was poor. Will water flowing into the rest of the bathroom floor, so we had to put towels. But we put up with it. The breakfast was good quality food and tasty. However, it was very much the same thing every day. It would have been good if they changed it and served more fruit. The Riad generally was beautiful, quite central to all the tourist sites and a 5-8 minute walk from Jamaa el-Fnaa square. The staff were excellent, kind, friendly and try hard to make sure guests were happy. Overall, I think I is a great place to stay, but we were a little disappointed with the rooms we were given.

The staff were so accommodating couldn’t do more than enough for you, perfect location, & very safe the room was a little dark, we had to keep the curtains close, people walking by could see in. Would I stay again, yes for a few days

Peor hotel del mundo entero Se podría decir que el personal es amable pero negligente y poco profesional pues no dan soluciones y se atrevieron a darnos usar una habitación al lado del bar de la alberca, la habitación 106 con ruidos de algún hidrojet, hasta las paredes temblaban, desde el día y momento uno pedimos cambio de habitación y solo me decían mañana y mañana será, hasta que ya en la desesperación llame incluso a la autoridades que dieran fe que estábamos pagando 200 euros por noche por una habitación que no es apta ni para una mascota, inhumano creo que logramos que cancelaran esa habitación indigna e inhumana, las últimas dos noches dormimos en una habitación buena, en fin no vayan nunca a ese hotel es un engaño total, lo único bueno es la ubicación adentro de la Medina pero a que costo.

The biggest let down of this property are the bedrooms.1 low wattage ceiling light, extremely dark. No cupboards. Bathroom was tiny and really dated. Toilet seat kept moving off the bowl. Sink and shower drains would fill up and slow to drain. Not enough sockets, extension lead hanging over our head on the bed. Breakfast was very basic, pastries not fresh and the only good thing was the fresh omelettes. Its a shame really, as besides the bedroom, the hotel corridors, reception, spa are beautifully designed and well maintained and the staff are very friendly and accomodating. Would stay here again, if the bedrooms were refurbished with more amenities in them amd a modern bathroom.

Both our room and the public facilities were beautiful, well maintained and clean. The Palais Moulay is conveniently located inside the Medina but only about 1 minute walk to the gate so very easy for transfers, tours etc. All the staff were friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay again.

Mitten in der Einkaufsstraße sehr zentral gelegen. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Selbst als wir erst mitten in der Nacht ankamen, wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Das auf den Zimmern kein Fernseher vorhanden war, störte uns reichlich wenig. Wir waren eh immer auf Tour. Wer es nicht ist, ist selber schuld. Die Klimaanlage war dagegen viel wichtiger für uns. Alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt.
