"We enjoyed the beach and the sea, but it would be better if the hotel could find a way to remove the seaweed. The beach towels provided by the hotel were disappointing, as they had many large, unsightly stains. On the positive side, we appreciated the all-inclusive services and the friendly staff at the bars who served drinks. It would be helpful if the hotel could include more options, like ice cream, in the all-inclusive package. The three daily meals were good, and the restaurant staff were very nice. However, the hotel could improve by offering more variety and ensuring that the bakery items are fresh daily. A major drawback was the lack of reliable WiFi. Although the hotel claimed it was available in the lobby and other open areas, it rarely worked. While the hotel responded promptly to my requests for repairs, I noticed that when issues were reported by the housekeeping staff, they were often ignored."
