"Grundsätzlich ok und in Laufnähe zum Bahnhof St.Charles. Klassisches 3-Sterne-Hotel, das für die gebotenen Leistungen aber definitiv zu teuer ist. 2 Dinge fand ich befremdlich: Obwohl bei Anreise die Zimmer schon fertig und bezugsbereit waren, ließ man alle Neuankömmlinge bis exakt 14:00 in der Lobby warten, um dann mit dem Check-in bei den vielen Menschen überfordert zu sein. Beim Frühstück steht ein Securitymensch am Buffet und kontrolliert, dass nicht zu viel gegessen wird und auf keinen Fall etwas mitgenommen wird- und sei es nur ein Apfel. Hinterlässt einen merkwürdigen Eindruck...."

"The rooms are clean and spacious, and the pool is nice, but this hotel is terribly located and over-priced. There are no restaurants or sights within walking distance, and it’s still a 25 minute drive to the airport. Since the hotel restaurant was closed for a group event the night we were there, we walked around trying to find somewhere to eat, but the neighbourhood did not feel safe at night. We ended up just ordering Uber Eats. Breakfast was not included and was expensive, but we had no other options. I would never stay here again."

"Very convenient airport Hotel. Pool was great area to relax for a couple of hours. Restaurant and bar very nice. Room was clean and comfortable and adequate for a single night. Airport shuttle available 24 hrs"

"The room and bed were comfortable (A/C worked very well)! The staff was also super helpful and willing to go out of the way to help. I would say the room was not as clean as we would’ve liked. The street also got a little noisy at night and we could hear people outside."

"The property was amazing is right in front of the old court there is everything going on right there but you close the windows cause he has a window if you choose to stay enough in front of a room with the front view is amazing. You don’t hear nothing once the windows are closed no matter how loud it’s outside. It’s beautiful. Everything was so nice. People was very nice. Guillermo was an amazing person. Amazing and Nadia an amazing person too. We really appreciate the help. Thank you so much. Will come back soon."
