We arrived for our stay to notice the pool was not available, which is one of the main reasons we booked. I asked for an upgraded room to compensate for this, to which I’ve still not had a reply. Currently sat on chairs outside the pool area trying to find an alternative pool for the remainder of our stay.
There are a lot of minor snags in the rooms and hotel in general as it’s very new, which we fully appreciate.
Not being able to use chrome cast in our rooms isn’t great. The reply to many things is ‘it’s not working at the moment’ but I would prefer a solution, or a compensation.
Many builders wandering around too. I wonder if they should have waited a week or two to open.
