I need my money back!!!

I refused to stay in the room i booked in Sylvabelle hotel in Marseille because it was filthy, stuffy, and did not feel safe. The pictures shown on the booking site had nothing to do with the hotel i arrived to. I tried to get a refund and i was told online i was too late. I m extremely angry, upset and feel i have been roped. I did not stay in the hotel so i dont understand why i was charged for the dtay????

Sans doute la pire expérience que j’ai vécu en hôtel, voisin de chambre avec télé à fond ou musique à fond de l’autre coté. Mur insonorisé que j’entendais même l’accueil de ma chambre. Douche pas adapté au personne forte (25cm d’entrées dans la cabine) insecte dans l’oreiller sans doute punaise, hygiène de la chambre à revoir. Je n’ai pas réussi à dormir en 3 nuits chez eux. Je ne recommande pas cette établissement même à mon pire ennemi.

J'ai beaucoup d'expérience en déplacements... et je sais que les photos sont souvent embellies. Mais là, c'est une vraie honte ! Aucun problème pour aller de temps en temps dans des petits hôtels, il en faut pour tous les budgets. Je veux juste le savoir !
