Basis maar goede prijs/kwaliteit

Kamers zinder sleutel of kaart maar met een code. Deze werkte een paar keer niet, maar toen heel goed geholpen door de enorm vriendelijke receptionist Almani! Kleine maar functioneel ingerichte kamers, jammer dat er geen koelkast beschikbaar is. Mooi uitzicht vanop de bovenste verdieping. Prima (betalende) parking, minder goed gelegen voor wie het openbaar vervoer moet gebruiken.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le réceptionniste a répondu à toutes nos questions. La chambre pour 2 adultes et un enfant est un peu petite. Il n'y a pas de place pour ouvrir les valises, à part les lits. Cela est juste un petit détail. Tout le reste est impeccable. Tout le personnel rencontré est d'un grand professionnalisme et d'une grande gentillesse.

Séjour très très cher pour la qualité de l hôtel ! J ai payé une demi pension que je n ai pas eu ! Panne d ascenseur et une chambre au 5eme étage ! À notre arrivée on nous propose d avoir la chambre 1h avant pour 15 euros de plus. 2 nuits pour 548 euros alors que l hôtel vaut 100 euros la nuit d habitude !!!! Un scandale Pas à la hauteur d un Ibis !!!!!

Une nuit désagréable

De retour d'un dîner vers 23h30 sur le centre de Marseille je me suis âpreté pour dormir. Très rapidement, après avoir éteint la tv vers minuit , un bruit (soutenu) métallique (comme des ailerons desaxés sollicités par le vent) s'est fait ressentir. J'ai attendu, avec un agacement croissant, que cette"gêne" cesse. Au bout d'une vingtaine de minutes je me suis rendu à l'évidence que cela ne se arrêterait pas. Ce bruit durait un quinzaine de secondes puis 30 à 40 secondes de calme. Et ce rythme en continu. Impossible de dormir. J'ai alerté l'agent à l'accueil en lui faisant part de cette nuisance insupportable. Après m'avoir répondu que le vent fort présent devait provoquer ces désagréments, cette personne m'a relogé vers 1h dans une autre chambre. Je me disais que de faire l'observation sur un flacon de gel douche vide dans la douche était un peu exagéré. Mais ne pas arriver à dormir dans un hôtel 3 étoiles me semble inacceptable. Ce bruit ne doit pas daté d'hier et aurait dû faire l'objet d'une réparation. Ma dernière nuit à été indéniablement "tronquée" et désagréable mais j'espère que ce commentaire amènera les responsables de l'hôtel, ou Ibis (Style) , à agir pour se conformer aux exigences de ce groupe hôtelier quant au confort et à la satisfaction de sa clientèle.
