The location is great, especially if you are traveling by train, because the train station is just one block away and a few minutes from Plaza de la Comedia. The main attractions are within walking distance. The room is big, with good space that makes me feel really comfortable, and a plus is having a mini kitchen furnished, which makes me feel even more comfortable. For sure, next time I will choose this place and totally recommend it.

Great place for stopover

Professional and warm welcome, everything went smoothly, just like the check-out. Very high quality breakfast buffet with regional organic products, the lady at breakfast is very attentive and friendly, she is a gem and clearly deserves 5 stars in customer service, just like the young lady at my check-in. The only drawback: I was able to check into my room in the morning; at that time the chambermaids were still busy with the other rooms on the floor. They were shouting at each other across the rooms, it was a prolonged aggressive argument. Nevertheless I will certainly return, have been there already 4 time in the last 12 months.

A good 'traveler's hotel' conveniently located close to the Saint-Charles train station (though, if you have wheeled luggage, you have to make a long detour to avoid the large staircase in front of the train station). The included breakfast was good.

This place had a bad smell in the buildings halls and main areas, thankfylly the room was ok. The room was small and had no extras, it had the bed and bathroom all clean. The buffet was not worth the cost, it had processed meat (2 kinds) cheese, breads, cearial yougart and eggs you boiled. Only stayed 1 night as it was to pungent. I would not stay long term. It is close to the metro so that was convenient.

The receptionist was so helpful to us especially when we didn’t get our food order from uber Eats. The rooms are exceptionally small, and the neighborhood near the Train station dis not feel safe to walk in even at 5:30PM in broad daylight. The Google Maps directions to this Hotel took us all the way around the station and then down the street. I suggest after receiving a booking this Hotel email the guests directions on which exit to use out of the trains station. Walking around this massive block area, uphill at times, with luggage was not fun and totally avoidable!

A propriedade decepciona, foge completamente ao padrão da marca IBIS. Principalmente pela desconexão com o padrão “Styles” Não há áreas de convivência, coworking ou espaços de lazer destacados para hóspedes. Estrutura hoteleira horrível, acomodação ruim, quarto em mal estado de conservação com moveis antigos e mal conservados, banheiro com box quebrado, piso danificado, tampa do sanitário extremamente frágil, chuveiro ruim. Quartos são “muito pequenos”, dificultando até abrir a mala. Elevador pequeno, velho e inseguro. Serviço de “recepção impessoal” e de pessoas “despreparadas e desinteressadas”, mais parece um hostel bem pobre ou uma hospedaria próxima a estação de trem. A unica qualidade encontrada foi a localização próxima ao metrô. A infraestrutura é fraca e o hotel entrega pouco pelo preço cobrado.
