Terrible place to stay.

The area where the hotel is, is absolutely terrible and it doesn’t feel safe at all. My teenage daughter woke up to go to the bathroom at night and she suddenly shouted. I woke up and asked what happened, she sent me to have a look and I found cockroaches on the wall by the mirror. It was disgusting. On another occasion, the alarm went off so I made my way down via the stairs from the 6th floor on my to find no one at reception. I just found the whole place unprofessional and unsafe. To support what I am saying, I wrote to the management of the hotel upon my return to London and of course as yet no answer over three months.

O quarto era sujo! Havia barataS e o ar condicionado não funcionava. Reclamei na recepção e me deram um ventilador para melhorar a situação, além de oferecer café da manhã como reparação. Mas não foi por isso que eu paguei. A cama era boa. A localização era em frente ao metrô, mas a vizinhança era suja.

Avis mitigé

Appart Hôtel de qualité moyenne, mais en rapport avec le faible prix de la nuit. Le système de clé était en panne, donc à chaque fois que l'on voulait entrer dans notre chambre, le réceptionniste devait monter avec nous pour nous ouvrir la porte ! De plus à notre arrivée, nous avons vu que l'établissement disposait d'un parking souterrain, à la réception, on nous a expliqué comment accéder à ce parking, mais on ne nous a pas demandé de le régler. Par conséquent lorsque nous sommes revenus à l'hôtel en plein milieu de la nuit, le réceptionniste à hésiter à nous ouvrir, heureusement il a bien voulu faire une exception pour nous, mais nous n'avons eu aucun reçu de sa part pour 10€ payé en espèces. Par contre, le petit déjeuner nous a été offert pour compenser le problème d'accès à la chambre.

Les installations sont vieilles, la salle de bains est abîmée et on n'avait pas envie de s'y doucher ! La literie était propre. Pour une nuit ça a permis de se reposer mais pas plus.

We stayed here to splurge on activities and food, but it was simply not worth it. We almost canceled and booked another hotel on night 1 but it was non refundable. Very hot — very hot. No AC or it doesn’t work. Very dirty. I didn’t allow myself to walk barefoot around. Stains on the bed frame. Mold in the shower. It’s far from everything. Overall bad experience

Nous avons eu un lit très inconfortable, très dure et fournit avec un seul oreiller par personne. Pas de Clim dans la chambre ou du moins elle ne fonctionner pas. Pas d'éponge de fournit et de liquide savon pour seulement faire la vaiselle. La douche est équipé d'un rideau trop court et qui du coup fait sortir de l'eau. Notre chambre n'est pas nettoyé durant les 2 jours de notre présence. pas d'égouttoir pour les pâtes ou le riz.

Hygiène déplorable, les fenêtres n'avaient pas de rideaux les portes et placard étaient sales le sommer apparantt du lit était dans un état lamentable, la couette fournie était tachée de sang, il y'avait des cafards dans la chambre le parking payé en supplément ne fonctionnait pas. Le secteur n'est pas du tout attrayant, le personnel d'accueil très sympa mais la direction manque de professionnalisme. Impossibilité de nous reloger lorsque nous avons montré qu'il y avait des cafards dans la chambre et ne m'a jamais rappelé pour faire face à ce problème. La. Directrice a laissé une note à l'accueil pour nous proposer un geste commercial à notre prochain passage qui ne se fera jamais sincèrement je déconseille fortement

L'endroit demontre sur photos ne reflete pas du tout l'image de celui-ci. La fenetre ouvre tres peu. Il y avait de fortes odeurs de poisson a mon arrivee dans la chambre. On aurait du aerer davavtage avant que j'arrive. Il n'y avait aucune eponge pour que je puisse laver ma vaisselle. Et seulement un linge de vaisselle. Aucun couteau a lames et ni d'ouvre bouteille de vin... j'etais decue du tres peu de vaisselle. Mais heureusement l'accueil a ete extraordinaire.. Amed etait pro-actif.

Be careful when you go

We travelled for the RWC and check in time was 1500. We turned up and the rooms weren't ready and the receptionist had to personally go and check each room individually. It took nearly 30 mins to check in and there were c.20 people waiting behind us. They were simply not ready for a large number of people turning up. Rooms were basic but clean and there was little noise outside of the hotel and with a metro station outside location was good

The reviews are pretty fair. For the price it’s not glamorous but it’s well located (30m from the Subway) and does the job. Check in took longer than it should have.
