Good Value

Excellent value for the money. Great location with easy access to everywhere. Eight minute walk to metro station. 3 stops to Saint-Charles and port area. Great Wifi and hot water..two important things for Americans haha. Nice size clean room with awesome views. Definitely would stay there again.

Beautiful

Very nice experience! Anyone who writes negative reviews for this hotel means that they are not fit to travel. Very professional and polite staff. great location! a few metro stops and you reach the port. The hotel is comfortable, clean and has comfortable beds. I rested very well. The guys at the reception are among the best I've met in my travels

A truly awful experience

Truly awful. Cheap, poor quality fittings, no air conditioning and in a horrible area
no toiletries, broken appliances and plastic floors
 avoid at all costs!

MalgrĂ© le prix qui peut paraĂźtre allĂ©chant, un Ă©tablissement qui devrait nous payer pour qu'on s'y rende. Service agressif, mĂ©prisant et lent. Pas de confort dans les chambres (aucunes poubelles, linges, savons, table de nuit ou mĂȘme lampe de chevet !), sans double vitrage, bouilloire attendue et absente... Son placement prĂšs du dĂŽme est son seul et unique avantage.

Le lit double Ă©tait en fait deux lits simples collĂ©s. De plus on m'a d'abord attribuĂ© une chambre avec deux lits simples sĂ©parĂ©s, et j'ai dĂ» demander Ă  changer de chambre pour avoir un "lit double" Je me suis garĂ© Ă  deux rues de l'hĂŽtel et en Ă  peine 2h on m'a fracturĂ© la vitre de ma voiture pour voler ce que j'avais dans ma voiture. Heureusement la personne Ă  la rĂ©ception m'a donnĂ© un sac plastique et du scotch pour protĂ©ger la vitre fracturĂ©e de mon vĂ©hicule. Par prĂ©caution j'ai tout de mĂȘme payĂ© le parking de l'hĂŽtel...
