Room was nicely renovated and we would stay here again. Comfortable bed. Only negative was there was some black mold looking stuff on shower floor.

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood of Marseille. It is safe and close to the Metro. The hotel is clean and staff is welcoming. The breakfast is very good. Recommended for a stay in Marseille.

We had a lovely few days staying here as a couple. The hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and spoke very good English when required too. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped, and felt quiet despite being next to a busy street. Good location also for exploring Marseille with good metro/bus connections. Lovely breakfast with lots to choose from. Many thanks!

TRES DECEVANT
J'ai eu la mauvaise surprise de constater que la douche ne fonctionnait pas (pas d'eau) vers minuit lorsque j'ai voulu prendre une douche rapide avant de me coucher. Après échange avec la réception, ils ont proposé de me changer de chambre. Je me suis donc retrouvé à trimballer mes affaires à minuit 1/2 dans l'hôtel pour aller dans une chambre de catégorie inférieure car il n'y avait plus de chambre de catégorie équivalente à celle que j'avais. Je trouve que ce n'est pas au niveau de ce que l'on peut attendre d'un Novotel. Ce genre de mésaventure peut arriver mais on est alors en droit d'attendre un geste commercial : soit d'aller dans une chambre de catégorie supérieure, soit d'avoir une réduction sur le prix de la chambre ou encore une remise pour un prochain séjour ! J'ai dû rester à Marseille la nuit suivante, bloqué par les grèves. Dans ce contexte, j''ai préféré changer d'hôtel que de rester au Novotel !

This property was AMAZING!! The only complaint I have is that in the winter months the rooms are too warm and made the nights uncomfortable. I was able to open the windows for the nice breeze but I prefer AC at night just for safety... Very friendly staff, great breakfast, very clean room.

Un hôtel très vieillissant de 4 étoiles ?!
Dans notre chambre du 7 ème étage, des dégradations sur les murs cachées par des épais rideaux, d'anciennes fenêtres double vitrage qui ne sont pas efficaces...... Réclamation a été faite directement à la société accor avec photos.
