Charming T2 located 200m from the city center of Gemenos, fully equipped and air conditioned. This single storey has a terrace with shaded garden furniture as well as a private swimming pool (12x5m) only reserved for our tenants.

This independent villa is adjoining the owners' house who will remain discreet during your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, extractor host, gas hob, coffee maker + toaster.

We have in the living room two sofas including a convertible sofa for 2 people with TV + WIFI + DVD player + Game console with games and joysticks.

The master bedroom has a double bed for 2 people with a dressing wardrobe.

The bathroom consists of a closed shower, a small bathroom cabinet with sink and a toilet.

Private parking in the closed and secure property.

Optional cleaning on request invoiced 50 €.

de très bonnes vacances
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . L'appartement est très bien agencé et très propre . Christine la propriétaire est à l'écoute et disponible .On peux tout faire à pied , Gémenos est très accueillant il y a tout pour passer de bonnes vacances. La région est très belle .

Les vacances recherchées :)
Un hébergement parfait pour 3 personnes. Le cadre est très agréable notamment du fait de la privatisation de la piscine. Le vieux village est à quelques minutes à pied et les commerces ont des horaires d'ouverture très corrects. Christine est au petit soin pour ses locataires. Bref, c'était le cadre idéal pour les vacances que nous recherchions. :)

Un grand merci à Christine pour votre accueil chaleureux, vos délicates attentions qui nous ont beaucoup touchées. La location est idéale pour 2 personnes, très propre. La literie est d'excellente qualité. La location est très bien située dans Gemenos proche boulangerie et à 7 mn en voiture de Auchan. Gemenos est un village très mignon. Nous reviendrons c'est évident ! A dans 2 ans Christine !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Acceuil chaleureux, les propriétaires sont charmants très discrets mais à l'écoute. La location est conforme au descriptif. Très bonne literie. La piscine est chauffée. Nous sommes prêts à y retourner l'an prochain et nous recommandons cette location.

Hübsches provenzialisches Dörfchen
Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft bei Gémenos, einem sehr schönen und typischen, provenzialischen Dörfchen mit netter Bäckerei und tollem Café im Ortszentrum. Die Pizzeria „le 36“ ist zu empfehlen, aber auch nicht ganz billig (1 Pizza für 2 absolut ausreichend!!). Zum Meer ist es nicht weit mit dem Auto. Klimaanlage im Haus (nur im Wohnzimmer und schwach laufend) war unserem Empfinden nach nicht ausreichend (voll klimatisiert stand in der Beschreibung). Waschen nur im Sparvorgang erlaubt, was uns etwas überraschte. Pool wurde sauber gehalten. Zum Stadtzentrum zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten, kleines medizinisches Zentrum mit Apotheke direkt um die Ecke! Benötigt haben wir sie nicht unbedingt, aber eine Toilette, die in der Annonce vermerkt war, war verschlossen während unseres Aufenthalts. Gémenos war eine echte Neuentdeckung für uns, insbesondere da es kein typisches Touristendorf ist.

Fantastich genoten
We hebben een super vakantie gehad. Prachtig huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon en netjes. Héérlijk groot zwembad. De omgeving is adem benemend mooi. Tevens zijn winkels dicht in de buurt voor de dagelijkse boodschappen. Kortom een heerlijk vakantie adres.

Entspannung im Mai
Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und entspricht den Bildern in der Anzeige. Der Pool ist herrlich, beheizt (was im Mai noch sehr angenehm ist) und ist ausreichend groß um wirklich zu schwimmen. Die Küche ist sehr gut und mit allem ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist modern und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Vermieter Christine und Richard sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sehr diskret. Gemenos ist eine sehr hübsche, gepflegte Kleinstadt - die fußläufig sehr gut zu erkunden ist. Es gibt in Gemenos zwei Bäckereien, einen Metzger, ein Käsegeschäft, zwei schöne Cafes, einen guten Weinhändler (Genossenschaft), einen kleinen Supermarkt und etliche Restaurants. Bei den Restaurants können wir "Chez Marius" und die Pizzeria "Le 36" sehr empfehlen. Das "Cote Terrasse Gemenos" bietet nur mittags Speisen an (leckere Salate und Grillgerichte), die aber auch zu empfehlen sind. Am Mittwoch morgen gibt es in Gemenos einen kleinen Markt mit leckeren Produkten aus der Region. Gemenos ist ein guter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen in der Umgebung.

location correspond bien à la description
Appartement très propre et bien équipé...manque toutefois quelques petites choses pour être parfaite comme quelques produits de première nécessité (papier toilette. eau dans le frigo . Sac poubelle...). Christine nous a très bien reçu. Retour du chèque de caution avec un petit cadeau... très gentil. Location bien située près du village à pieds et très proche des magasins à Aubagne
