For anyone arriving at the Marseille Saint-Charles station, hotel location 100 meters away. Hotel staff helpful, room clean and bathroom clean/modern and shower large for European budget hotel standards. Great value for money hotel and convenient to Vieux Port and neighborhoods

I was quick off the train. This hotel very convenient and filled my immediate need perfectly. It’s the central train station area so nighttime has characters roaming about the neighborhood. The hotel is very established and secure. I would stay again based on its local convenience to everything.

Overall ok, however had bed bugs bites. The bathroom lacks basic toiletries, only soap is provided. Location is good, short 15 minutes walk to the old port area. service is responsive.

Helpful staff at a convenient location and price

Staff were very friendly and helpful providing a map of where to go to eat and spoke both French and English. Room and bathroom had been recently refurbished. My only gripe was that I could not get the shower to run warm and the kettle didn't work. Managed t5o open window so I was able to stand on narrow balcony,

Great staff, convenient for station,problem drains

Very convenient location and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was basic. Air conditioning in room very effective. Issue was an odd smell of chemicals in room on arrival which developed into an unpleasant drains smell overnight.

The personal is very gently. The conditions of the hotel are old, the doors of the room was insecure cuz don’t close as well as should be. There are many noise al the night. You can hear everything of the others rooms. We pay 2 nights but just stay one because the noise and insecure problem in the street. The hotel is in front of station but there are many people drunk, fighting and screaming.

Parking there is divided into two sections, P2 is dedicated to rental cars. The neighborhood is seedy. We booked elsewhere after seeing that the inside was not much better than the out.

Great Front Dest, Lacked Door Bolt

The front desk people were wonderful. Very helpful. The room was clean, but lacked amenities. No washcloths. No shampoo. NO INSIDE DOOR BOLT!!! Unsafe! And I never was able to get online.

While this was very close to the Saint Charles train station, and the staff at the front desk was lovely, that's about all the goodness we can put into this review. The halls and rooms smelled like the inside of a barn--you know, hay and animal manure. There was only one outlet & one usb in a lamp. This is the 21st century--upgrade! There were no blankets (& I was ridiculed for asking for one) & the breakfast was...meh at best. We wouldn't return.

夜１２時ごろ到着しましたが、問題なくチェックインできました　もっと遅いとしまっているのでインターホンを押すといいそうです　駅のエスカレーターで地下鉄におり、2番出口から横断歩道を渡ってすぐです　少し古い感じですが広々としたシンプルな部屋で問題なかったです　スタッフも感じ良かったです
