"The maitre d'hotel was fantastic, very welcoming, demonstrating the after hours locks, and providing a map and list of things to do in the area. My only caveat is the office is a bit hard to find within the residential-shopping complex. I recommend parking (at least first) next to the dentist office and walking the short distance upward along the front of the sloping driveway to the building entrance. It was perfect for the odd afternoon which we had a we traveled out of the resort most of the time and just used it as a base.
