Carlo ci ha contattati tempestivamente per confermare la prenotazione e ha mantenuto una comunicazione costante e impeccabile sia prima che durante il soggiorno, fornendoci informazioni preziose e ottimi suggerimenti sulla zona, inclusi ristoranti e luoghi da visitare. Il giorno dell’arrivo ci ha gentilmente informati che le camere sarebbero state disponibili prima dell’orario previsto per il check-in, un’attenzione che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato dopo un lungo viaggio in auto. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con grande cordialità e ci ha accompagnati nelle camere, arredate con gusto e cura nei dettagli. La villa è davvero suggestiva e si integra perfettamente con il magnifico paesaggio circostante, offrendo un’atmosfera di pace e autenticità. La mattina seguente abbiamo gustato una deliziosa colazione accompagnata da un ottimo caffè, serviti con una cura e un’attenzione degne di una struttura a cinque stelle. Durante tutto il soggiorno, Carlo si è dimostrato un host eccezionale: sempre disponibile, premuroso e genuinamente interessato al nostro benessere.
