"Incredible idyllic home set on ten beautiful acres. The hostess was incredibly accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The charming family who renovated this 800 year old mini castle spent five years renovating, and it shows. We loved every minute of our visit and we would make a point of returning. Bravo! Mercy!"

"The room was very clean and the area was quiet. We left before breakfast so no rating there. The Château restaurant was not open, perhaps because it is April? However, Ginette Restaurant was open one night and it was quite good. The location is fantastic for the cathedral. It is a bit of a walk to restaurants and shops in town but the walk is beautiful."

"Nelly and Frank could not have been more welcoming! The property is lovely with shared kitchen facilities available and a wonderful breakfast provided each morning. Frank was helpful with recommending day trips as we explored the beautiful Dordogne region. I would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodation in Sarlat."
