"This property is a true scam in every sense. This is NOT A RESORT! These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. We slept on a couch because the beds were very dirty and the pillows had puke on them. The apartment had a gas leak...

"The staff was very hospitable and professional: Zied, Bisma, Miryam, Mohammed, and everyone else from the front desk to room service was top notch. Rooms were clean. The gym is amazing. Breakfast was satisfying. MFF Coffee House is comparable to a third wave cafe and I'm quite a coffee snob :) There are nice restaurants next to the hotel (especially Ala Turca) and a market as well. Overall a great pick for us because we had things to do in Tetouan."
