4/10 Poor

"Heart of the city, right off the main metro line. Front desk and bar staff were friendly and helpful. Maid service was horrible. Took a tip first day and it only seemed to build contempt for us. Not at all a safe neighborhood, pick pockets routinely in handcuffs on the street, tons of beggers, and homeless. Don't bring kids unless they want to check out the strip club next door. Just know what you're going into and you'll be fine."

"We just stayed in this hotel recently. The rooms were big with great staff. However 3 things we didn’t like. First, the location is close to the city center however it was in a lower class zone. 2nd, the hotel is more on the old side, worn down with old amenities . Last, the A/C was working but not efficient and the room was extremely hot. We had to ask for a fan. We faced the same problem with another room in the reservation. If you like cold rooms, don’t stay in this hotel especially during Summer"

"You cant ask gor a better hotel...Perfect locationin ild Munchen...right next door to HB HOUS...Staff super helpfull..room big and spacious.. breakfast buffett...every thing you need and more...mini fridge had 2 beers complimentary...on arrival..Why cant all hotels be this good...Thank you for my stay...Exxcellent..!"

2/10 Terrible

"Extremely small rooms despite pictures posted. Air conditioning didn’t work and desk was contacted 3x and stated it was put on. There was no fitted sheet on the bed just a flat sheet thrown on and the small sofa smaller of feces. I’ve never been so disappointed with a room. And there are no staff on premises after 11pm to speak with. I would not recommend to anyone."
