"We liked the staff, the view was wonderful, very clean, the best amenities in the room like soaps, hair car, shampoo, conditioner , shower seat, shower grab bars, black out curtains, ice machine, large room, everything was fantastic even the front desk staff. Loved the birds building their nest on the balcony outside the sliding door."

"We would definitely stay here again! We were there for a family get-together and it is a very nice property. Good fresh breakfast served daily and lots to choose from. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa available all the time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is very convenient...it's right in the middle of everything. Only 15 minutes to Lake Tahoe and just minutes from downtown Truckee! We didn't go into the pool but used the Hot Tub almost every day - big and hot! There are microwaves in every room, but curiously, not the breakfast room. I found the plumbing to be on the loud side - you could hear the shower from other rooms, but that's only one minor consideration. The beds were tall, but comfortable. We had an accessible bathroom which was very well appointed...lots of grab bars. Well done! We will definitely be back!"
