"The room was clean and the complimentary beverages were well stocked. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We ate a light bite in the bar which was good value for the money and tasty. We have stayed before and the air conditioning was not working, this problem has not been resolved and the air conditioning and bathroom fan did not work during this stay. This was a problem with temperatures of 30 degrees outside. The hotel is in a convenient location."

"Hotel is well located for the motorways just a couple minutes off of the junction. Nice hotel with bar. The restaurant was shut when we stayed so cannot comment- however` there are excellent steak houses near by. The pool was nice and quiet and a nice addition to their facilities. It is good value for the money"

"The weather was exceptionally hot during our stay, the staff had closed the curtains on our room and had a fan running to try to keep the bedroom cool. All of the staff, without exception, were helpful, professional and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities. Evening meal in the restaurant was excellent, curry was exceptionally good, only downside was that some items on the breakfast buffet were only lukewarm, not helped by only cold plates being available. I would have no hesitation recommending staying there if you are in the area."

"We were very impressed with the room. It was clean and well equipped and a good temperature, considering the heatwave outside. The check in staff were very helpful, as were the bar staff. Breakfast was plentiful, though we were disappointed at the lack of black pudding, as it was shown in the photo gallery. The only real negative was that the prices shown in the email sent prior to arrival asking us to enhance our stay were incorrect, as VAT wasn’t included. A small thing but unnecessary. Overall a very good experience and good value."
